The systainer has molded sections for a charger batteries and extra chucks. If you purchase it as a set those other items come with it.

Hello, is it the same clutch as the cxs18?

The T 18+3 has 25 settings with no light on or light off settings.
The CXS 18 has 13 settings plus the dill mode selection. The CXS 18 also has a light on and off setting.
Based on what I see I would say they have different clutches.
