    Great stuff.
The Akwamu warriors (300 of them) that accompanied Osei Tutu were given to the Asafohene, the chief warlord of Kwaman at the time ( latter Kumasi), hence his name Akwamuhene.
Anum Asamoah and his people became the police force (Abrafo) and were settled around the king to provide protection, and therefore the vicinity of Palace became known as Anum and later got corrupted to Adum.

This historian has abridged the history of the Denkyira war. Three paramount chiefs sacrificed themselves: Tweneboa Kodua allowed himself to be beheaded, Boahen Anantuo allowed himself to be buried alive, Diko Pim led the battle but never fired a gun; rather allowed himself to be shot and killed.

For the Asante nkae statement ,the explanation my matrilineal grandpa from barekese nkatia gave me was that.
He stated that asantes are made up of different tribes of which some were servants but in history we don't teach someone's root or background,
No one suppose to tell his fellow brother of not being pure Asante and so forth.
Therefore we got that proverb saying Asante nkae Odeefuo.but is not Asante nkae.

Obiri Yeboah was Kwaman hene not Asantehene
    Asante came after his death
Dormaa never fought Asante, but Kwaman, won the first and lost the second
So Dormaa wounded Obiri Yeboah and he died later. And Osei Tutu became Kwaman hene and killed Dormaa Kusi then chased them away and then formed Asante with other chiefs

Athese tribal people were there in Akans Dia Kingdom long before ALL THE EIGHT AKAN CLANS were created by King Dia of Dia Kingdom which was located in the area where the country MALI is located
