    Night duty chesevallu Ansari software kadu sir. Makemi lakhs lo ravu salaries. Security guards, call center employees, it recruiters and many others. Mostly we get very less wages

    Sir, 6PM TO 3AM shift timings unna vaallu untaru...Mari veellu 3AM ki paduku ni 11AM or 10AM ki lestharu...Malli padukoru...Direct malli 6PM ki office ki connect avutharu...Ee timings lo work chese vaallu kuda unnaru, It is not completely night shift and it is Semi Night shift. So please suggest how to manage life cycle ?? Morning 11AM nundi melukune untaru

    రాజు గారికి నమస్కారం.🙏 నేను monthly 3 shifts lo work chestanu. Timings Shft-1--> 6:00 am to 2:30pm ( Lunch 1:00pm, dinner 8-10 pm) 1st week
    Shft-2--> 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Lunch 2:00 pm, dinner 8-8:30 pm) 2nd week
    Shft-3 (Night shift) --> 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (lunch 1-2 pm, dinner 8-9 pm) 3rd week
    4th week malli shift 1 . అలాగ repeat అవుతుంది రాజు గారు. ఇందువల్ల నేను బరువు పెరగలేక పోతున్నాను. 29 age, & 60 kgs weight. Lean personality. Nenu healthy ga బరువు పెరిగే diet cheppagalaru.
    Every day breakfast lo ground nuts. Kissmiss, బాదం pappu thintunnanu. Budget lo manchi diet cheppagalaru.. 🙏
