For those who are confused this was probably a town event, that's why this house was on for that long and the music so loud in the neighborhood. Most likely every Halloween and holdi day that they set up everyone goes to watch it.
As much as I love this. And believe me this is amazing. It's just not Halloween when your entire set up lights up brighter than anything from Christmas. Halloween gets its charm from how little lighting is used to make spooky scenes. But believe me man, this is amazing work and you should be very proud with your hard work. Keep it up man. Try doing what's this for Christmas sometime ^^

He only runs it a few times per evening at scheduled times. And yes, the music is through radio broadcast.

It's actually, just the lights, the sound is radio transmitted so you can listen to it in a car
