In Fiery impose under layout offset you can set that to have the .5” you need on the trailing edge so you don’t have to play the margin guessing game. That container you got from line looks like it might be a winner! I’ll have to give that a shot with my aerocut.
Uff. Looks like such a process setting this up. This is why I got the Duplo 618. Simple setup straight from the fiery. Plus you have a nice big screen you work off of. Still not bad once you have it setup once. Best investment, right?
Once the template is set, it’s ready for life. There are a number of barcodes templates ready to go preloaded from Fiery and preloaded in Aerocut. There is also a software called Intellicut that comes free for a year with the system that makes setup from the computer possible with everything barcoded but I haven’t had my training on that piece yet. I’m having a blast using this thing though. I’ve almost ran $20k worth of jobs through it this month so far!
shame it doesn't integrate into the fiery, on the Duplo you can just send the imposed job straight to the 618 so you don't have to measure or calculate anything.
Nice! Once you got your templates in, you're good to go on all future jobs. Fiery Impose makes life so much easier.

Dude! Thanks for the tip!
I mentioned you in my latest video. The layout offset tip was great! Thanks!

The number of jobs you have randomly spooled in your Fiery is giving me anxiety! LMAO
Oh is that not how the pros do it?? 🤣

95% of my jobs are based on templates we have already setup in Fiery and on the Aerocut.
