I just make sure to get in 15-25k steps per day (easy when running around on vacation). Eat whatever I want. Once home I've usually gained little to no weight. Sometimes I've even lost a pound or 2.
I can't have sugar alcohols at all. Are those the same? I take one bite of something with maltitol and I'm almost instantly bloated and gassy. I rather have sugar.
@leonore3349 yep! Maltitol is a polyol, otherwise known as a sugar alcohol. I've heard sucralose (another sugar replacement) doesn't cause as many stomach issues and doesn't have as many carbs. It's typically in higher quality stuff like zero sugar Monster ( Barebell bars maybe? But deffo not Grenade bars lol)
There isn't a place in my country where you can make your own salad bowl for lunch..😢 I really suffer over it, always need to bring bunch of veggies with me, because the prepared and store bought salads always have bunch of stuff and calories I don't want..😔
Honestly, when I'm travelling I don't even wanna think about making sure my meals have enough protein, I just have 2 protein shakes rather my typical 1
If you travel for work you can be living out of a hotel room for days and no I wouldn't want to try the "local cuisine" if I was at a travel lodge on the motorway 😂
You are on holiday just enjoy your food and get back to the grind, these protein yogurts and protein bars he's telling everyone to buy are just processed crap
I just came back from a holiday, did around 13,000 steps every day and ate whatever I wanted, came back and found out I lost weight 😂
that’s like actuslly good idea. ur also exploring everything too
Same here! Then I come back to the US and gain 10 lbs of inflammation the first week 🥴
Yeah, same for me i was going crazy at that all you can eat and i lost around 4lbs
Gotta love the U S of A😂@@thebrowpro
Same lol, went to Cancun ate whatever I wanted and swam all day only to find out I lost 5 lbs 😂
Thanks for the short! I travel a lot for work and because of it, I've gained 30lbs just this past year. I really needed this.
42g of protein for 500 calories in a microwaveable meal isn’t just “okay”, that’s actually an amazing find in the frozen section.
You are the only person I’ve seen who looks better with this hair style than before

Either exercise and walk a lot during the travel or control your diet.
If not you have to be discipline enough when you go back home :)
Grenade bars in particular have a crap ton of Meltitol polyols so you'll have a hell of a time on the shitter (+hidden carbs)
I knew I wasn't the only one
what the hell are hidden carbs?

Nobody likes eating healthy when they're travelling. Like the top 3 things to do while on holiday is eat!
traveling and holiday are different things
@@tompardhy9901 true true!
True. But not every travel is for pleasure.
Some travel isn’t for “holiday”
This wasn’t a vacation/holiday 👌
Literal meaning of a good journey😩😩
Just skip breakfast unless where you staying has traditionally experience. And get your steps in.

Great video I just finished eating 6 cookies
Hope you had fun in Sweden :)
(Atleast I'm pretty sure that's where you are)
Why is everything in English?
@@leonore3349 what do you mean?
@@aabb-qy6fl In a Swedish supermarket.

Every time I go on vacation i gain 6pounds and very bloated now I will pick healthier meals
How much did it cost total? 😮
Less than eating in restaurants, for sure 🤷🏻♀️
Just came back from Europe. Ate bread, coffee and cakes and lost 4 pounds.
Grenade, wise choice 💪
Weight loss keeping you big as hell
To me travelling is away with work, and I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a microwave!!!
I always like to stay in an apartment or apart-hotel for this reason. Bigger fridge and kitchen facilities 👌
Thats really surprising. Most hotels have a microwave available so that parents can heat up milk for babies.
💅
lol I gained like 10 pounds on my vacation last week after dieting all year. Realllly frustrating
Dunnes!! He’s in Ireland lmao
Don’t you try typical food of the paces you visit??
he made this as an example of staying on track with your diet. you are obviously welcome to indulge and deviate from your diet if you wish.
If you travel for work you can be living out of a hotel room for days and no I wouldn't want to try the "local cuisine" if I was at a travel lodge on the motorway 😂
Of course, love doing so! But this wasn’t a vacation. Just travelling back to Ireland (where I’m from) for a bit 👌
@@jclarkefitness I'm glad you clarified that you're from Ireland, I'd have never guessed with that Texas accent 🤣🤣
He's in Ireland
Eddie abbew is going to destroy you if he sees this 😂
Lots of sweeteners and highly processed Protein powder
Is that enough calories for you man?
These are just ideas and some of my go-to options. I’ll typically eat more 👍
"This isn't Fukin food.....W T F U"
That'll be $500
You are on holiday just enjoy your food and get back to the grind, these protein yogurts and protein bars he's telling everyone to buy are just processed crap
Junk food brother😂
And about 80grams of sugar
If eating good local food is not part of your traveling, then you're not really traveling; you're just some place else.
theres a difference between travelling and vacation
2000 calories and 200 e numbers
Od just meal prep the day before. 😅
