Man this hits hard!!! as a Pacific Island man who self harmed for years and attempted suicide multiple times this brought back memories of darkness and loneliness!😢 I’m glad I had a strong woman by my side and men that I adopted as father figures, strong family and boys that became USO’s forever! Don’t let depression run you! Love to all our brothers suffering in silence. Just know you are loved and you have people who care for you!❤shout out to the barber👊🏾awesome job keep it up

Shout out to the big uce paul. Im a ptown boy, and mid 2000s Id always see him around the centre or up the mall. I never knew him personally but we have the same group of friends. Wen id bump into him he was always cool never too staunch or fia tough guy for anyone, just a really good down to earth person wiv a kind soul. Bless you Paul 🙌

Killaflowz ain’t lying about gentrification. Been here in Aussie Gold Coast since 04. And every time I go back home I can’t believe how expensive it has gone. Only things cheaper are smokes, alcohol and pies from the corner dairy. Porirua is far the most expensive place in Aotearoa. Our iwi Ngati Toa is helping as much as they can for the tangata whenua and pasifika but people need to hold on or own their places and land. It was rough as growing up there and u can still see it there but more positive changes have been made. But if they keep raising prices it’s gonna cause more crime aswell so it’s more like a 2 sided sword. Much love for this video bro. From Takapuwahia. ✌🏽

All my Auckland aiga first came creekside from Sa and then up to East Tamaki, I think more people came here first and then once people were setup in Auckland, more went there. Awesome seeing yous showing off Porirua. One of the most beautiful spots in the country.

Mental health mah brotha. We gotta keep it positive and stay smiling. Stick it out one day at a time and roll with it. Don't let things get to us. It's a tuff state to overcome but we gotta be tough and stay positive in the mind. All men from all cultures. This is the one battle we all gotta fight.
Mental health is also family abuse, drug abuse etc. We can fight this speaking about it. And this was one of many conversations that was needed to be brought up. So on ya Fellas.

for me i find, jus being able to open someone up is by far enough, i love being that guy that can bring women n men out of whateva they have on there shoulders, to release burdens,hate,suicidal thoughts or even choosing to not see what they know they see but choose to ignore, i cant help it n i do it with pure intentions, it brings me joy to know that people can open up to me even tho i am just a random person or friend, i have only met one other guy who is from my tribe, practically family that sees,can express,help and to bring people outta a mental state they cant do with themselves, i for one have found that the hand can be there to take and try and change or even helpthemselves but its also quite hard to help if they refuse to grab ur hand n want that change, only oneself csn get them outta that predicament, but also after doing it the hand is still there if ya do🙌
