My son heard Patrick on the radio on the way to school this morning and said to my wife “ I can’t get away from this stuff!!” A great sign Patrick.

I discovered Patrick's work back in Jan this year, I had been suffering with a chronic dry cough & tight chest/wheezing for weeks & weeks & felt my usual asthma inhalers weren't doing much.
I was actually beginning to wonder if it was long covid or even something worse. I started with the many small breath holds exercise which had an almost immediate effect. I slowed my breath & made a conscious shift to nose breathing, I realized then I am a chronic mouth breather, I have been doing Wim Hoff/ Deep breathing sessions for DMT release/spiritual development for years which turns out is probably the worst thing I could have been doing as an asthmatic. Today after 4 months of nose breathing & using some of the OA breath exercises my asthma control is better today than it has been for over 40 years of using inhalers. I am still struggling with mouth breathing at night, but I am trying with the mouth tapes that Patrick developed which are making a difference. Something so simple that most people are unaware of can make a fundamental change to your respiratory health & your quality of life in general. Amazing. Thanks Patrick!

Brilliant conversation 👏 Thank you to you both for getting this message out there 🙏🙏🙏 I had the pleasure of training with Patrick to become a breathing practitioner 🙏 I am trying my best to get this message out into the menopausal and medical world but a long way to go. As Patrick highlighted sleep disordered breathing increases as women transition through to post menopause but it is being overlooked. In my clinical experience I believe women become more carbon dioxide intolerant however we can change how we breathe 😊

My guess is Evans spoke more than Patrick.

If we had the chance to shape a private community with Patrick, what would you want it to include? Let's share our wishlist!
