Maam i think due to muscarinic action, bowel movment should not decrease as ACh increase peristalsis.

then how oximes could b given as cholinesterase reactivators!?

No…she meant reactivation of cholinesterase as in the reversal of cholinesterase-OP complex takes place…so the so cholinesterase becomes free form again and can thus carry out its function
