Tell me one thing All Parasympathetic cholinergic fibers are release Ach ( acetylcholine) so how does this a single Neurotransmitter function as a excitatory or Inhibitory in cholinergic system.?? Explained answer plz .

No…she meant reactivation of cholinesterase as in the reversal of cholinesterase-OP complex takes place…so the so cholinesterase becomes free form again and can thus carry out its function
Ma’am can u plz tell me how this drugs will cause tachycardia as their is no nicotinic receptors in heart bt u mentioned tachycardia in nicotinic action???
