About the kitchen window, you can add window tints hapo kwa glasses za chini.
I also had a similar problem na my kitchen window that's when I got them tinted..plus the tint is waterproof and renter friendly since it's removable..it's like wallpaper
Wow, this is an amazing solution. Where can I get the tint or who can do it for me? And if I tint the whole window, can I stay without curtains even at night?
@Linda Mary yes if you tint the whole window it can stay bila curtains...plus you get to choose the color of tint you want..kuna zile clear ones then pia there's dark colors..I lost the number of the guy who did mine juu it was a while ago but I got them from jiji [olx] just search window tint then you'll see which price points work for you.

For the kitchen window issue to do with curtain, you most definitely have two options only...lower the curtain rods or buy some new curtains, drawers za chini eka sufurias na cleaning detergents kama saops hizo...ju weka only food stuffs na vyombo kama glasses

Under the sink you can put a dustbin.then with shopping put them in the upper empty cabinet.the lower cabinets are for sufurias and washing basins for the kitchen plus the fruit trays.try that sweethrt
The washing detergents should be in one of the lower cupboard or cabinets but not under the sink
