Hey LM great content house hunting is so hard. But walking around like you're doing is the best way. As for costs it may help us viewers to learm more about the actual prices òf various units and the general areas. Looking while it's raining is good cause you can catch problems such as poor workmanship etc.i just dont know why showers and toilets should be combined if space is limited. Also What if someone needs to use the toilet and one is in the shower? Nway loved the last and first expensive house may you afford what you desire soon Yes you need a big kitchen
Thank you so much dear 💗. For sure house hunting is no joke. I also don't understand why landlords combine the bathroom and toilet, it's so inconveniencing. At least if the space is big, it makes it a bit better but most are squeezed together.

Kenya is among the most expensive places to pay rent. That's why we do it monthly. In other countries, a year's rent is Kenya's 2 months rent😢

About the other channel sorry to say this but I don't think a nurse is qualified enough to advise fully on nutrition get you a nutritionist or a dietitian they're a little on the expensive side but it's worth it,,,, maybe she's trained in nutrition and dietetics but so many times doctors and nurses give either wrong or half-baked information on nutrition and debunking that with a patient is a whole ordeal,,,,will still check her out,,,,that house with the wood-like tiles was soo pretty,,, wishing you anf taraji all the best,,,, and i kinda knew you were moving 😂,,,after the house tour,,,
I beg to differ about a nurse giving half baked information Loreignjoy.my mom was a nurse and they also get nutrition training only that they also have a chance of what to specialize on depending on her/his passion since we do also have male nurses.i can recall countless times we would fall sick and the prescription didn't go well with me or my siblings and my dear mom would administer her own prescription and we would get better in no time.i since learnt that through my mom's profession as a nurse that no profession in the medical field is better than the other.they come together and work together in there different departments as doctors, clinical officer's,nurses, psychologist's,nurses...etc,because we all can't be knowledgeable 💯 they share the knowledge they have once they get together and work as a team of health care workers.good work Linda❤

@@prissywanjohi Hun,,,, I didn't say any profession is better,,,, in the medical field it's very paramount we work together as a team,,,, and am sorry if it rubbed off the wrong way on you,,,, I said that based on my experience with both the other medics specifically COs ,, MOs and nurses,,,, and am sure your mom applied both the knowledge she learnt from school and growing up
@@LindaMary I didn't say they don't have the knowledge,,,, I'll give you an example of an encounter I had,,, (won't mention the hospital),,,, we had three newborns who were supposed to be exclusively breastfed,, this is supposed to go UpTo 6months,,,, but the nurse and CO told them they could access the baby formula just because they didn't want to breastfeed their children and the medics didn't feel the need to do a follow-up,,, consequently we had 2 low BP and one death,,, do you know who was questioned for the sudden deaths,,,, the nutritionist,,,, all am saying is the fact that they're not fully specialized in that field kind of takes away that privilege (to some extent),,,, there's a very big difference between learning something for years as a course,, and doing it for 6-8months as a module or subject,,,,, I mean why else do you go to an obgyn when the doctor also had the same education,,,,,
