Thank You Cardinal Burke...Though I am not hearing this until 8 years later I am very grateful for the Catechesis...I’ve had so little and am starving for the truth
Just had my daughters wedding. This was their wedding invitation! I also bought a pillow and other side had a bible reference to it. Beautiful! Zazzle,if there be any interest 😉

Actually the best English translation of 'Ave gratia plena' isn't 'Hail full of grace' but 'Hail, filled with grace.' 'Gratia' is in the ablative case not the genitive so it is not 'full of grace' but 'filled with grace' and this better mimics the Greek perfect tense of 'κεχαριτωμένη' from the hand of Saint Luke. Why the English 'Hail Mary' prayer is 'Hail Mary, full of grace' and not 'Hail Mary, filled with grace' I do not know and have never been able to figure out. This is literally a mistake that someone who is in the first month of the first semester of their first year of Latin shouldn't make.
@@garancejaquet5369 Mark was a Jew from Jerusalem. There is some evidence in the Acts of the Apostles I think that his mother owned a house where the Apostles and the members of the Church of Jerusalem used to gather during the years immediately following Pentecost.
With all due respect to His Eminence, I would like to counter that Our Lady and St. Joseph were most certainly living together at the time of the Annunciation. #1. According to Tradition and the Mystic Saints, Our Lady was Espoused (Married) to St. Joseph in the Temple and both left the Temple for their domicile TOGETHER in Nazareth. They were living together in Nazareth at the time of the Annunciation. The important distinction is that the words "betrothed" and "espoused" can be used interchangeably. #2 It is not reasonable in the least to conclude that GOD would give Our Lady in "legal marriage ONLY" to St. Joseph for the time of Our LORD's Incarnation, only to have her be publicly humiliated by being visibly with child OUTSIDE of St. Joseph's home. In my opinion, this is preposterous at least, if not blasphemous. Please read the Church Fathers, Bl. Mary of Agreda, Bl. Catherine Emmerich and many others on this subject. PAX

JESUS MARY AND JOSEPH PLEASE HELP US ❤🌹🕊
Saint Joseph pray for us. Blessed Virgin Mary pray for us. All praise be to God the father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
If you look up the Life of Mary by the Mystics, their wedding is described in great detail. I loved it.
Also read the 1st book of Maria Valtorta: covers it in great detail
The life of Mary is great,
Where can I find it?

And just like St Mark the evangelist, came after our Blessed Lord. Only Matthew and John were among the twelve Apostles ❣❣❣🙏🙏🙏

St. Jerome knew much better how to translate HIS word than Eric S.
He was more in tune with the traditions, language nuances than 21st century Eric S.
