I know you are actually asking Neil, but here is my take. Even if you take a course in SEO that lasts 2 weeks, you are going to need to actually practice that knowledge on an actual website and that takes a lot of time to see results and change things to improve your results. The university courses have 2 hours SEO seances like once every week (since they do get other courses like design, marketing, hosting...etc) don't get discouraged by what your friend said; in 2 years you will have way more experience than him. Doing stuff beats by miles learning them in theory ! So go ahead ! start a course and get your hands dirty on a couple of websites. Soon your "friend" will be working for you as a freelancer !

It used to be a thing, but as Google has advanced the focus is really more on quality. However, you should still have your keyword present throughout your content like in your title, headers, introduction, slug, metadata, etc.

Hi Neil, I'm from India. You are promoting ubersuggest widely but your enable payment system for transactions is very worst. I'm trying to get ubersuggest for the last 6 months with different credit and debit cards even with my friends and colleague cards but still the payment is getting an error. I highly suggest you change the payment system in your service.
I was thinking that you are the best , but as I subscribed your free trail and then once free trial and I did not opt for the payment plan but you are still chasing me to charge , and getting many transactions request on my credit card , its stupid and embarrassing kind of behavior for me and for your company as well..
