I'll never get over my fascination of watching you waste perfectly useful items in hopes for a "better" re-roll, then watch the game dunk on you for your greed... LOL.
from my own experience with lost, if the item isn't gonna make a significant difference in your chances of winning/having fun it's better to reroll, even if the item is useful. my thought process is "would i be mad if this disappears" and if the answer is no it probably doesn't matter

5:11 Oh yeah! When you leave a room during the mom's shadow chase, your hitbox becomes invisible and you can basicslly use this little glitch for avoding taking damage. Some TH-camr nammed Vinny found out about that before but I don't know if you knew already.

10:30 Actually, this idea actually exist but applied to the regular d6. It's called "chaos dice". Not gonna lie is incredible satisfying when you find it and transform Abel into brimstone.

10:36 There's already a mod for that. The chaos dice rerolls from any item pool, although it doesn't have that 30/50% of succession, but a 100%. That's a cool idea tho
T Samson and Jacob & Easu, it's like playing co-op but there's 4 people that need items
5:54 rerrols aren't, but the charges are, let me explain myself.
For example: You have ED6 and you also have the battery, meaning u have 2 rerrols. The first reroll may make the item disappear, but if u use hourglass and use a charge (before entering the room with the item) and reroll again but with the other charge, you may get another item.

now that you are playing for fun i recomend you the hard mode major boss patterns its pretty cool and has custom sprites, new phases for bosses
the blue baby fight is also changed because it was just a isaac fight reskined

I really wish remote play worked in reverse with player 2 needing the controller. If it worked with player 1 having the controller and player 2 using m+k i'd actually be able to play with my friend

You can do it like that, you just have to allow the other party to use the keyboard in steam remote play's options

Lavencas. I have a challenge for you. I call it you and what army, you play as tainted laz, give yourself straw-man, soul of Jacob and Esau, and soul of the forgotten. If any character dies, you lose the challenge. You can give yourself options and more options to make it more balanced (able to pick up 2 with 2 characters). No fair co-op as that would make the challenge too easy. Multiple players are allowed but each must use either a straw man, soul or J&E, or soul of the forgotten and must each be a different character.
(Edit: both alive and dead laz would have their own followers I believe so you’d have to give both to each, if not disregarded this)

Look into a delightful character known as "The Punished." It's admittedly kinda gimmicky, but it looks very fun, and rewards mobility. Apparently it even has a fully working tainted version, as well as a functional birthright, and its main damage source has a number of impressive synergies.
The Punished paired with Andromeda or whatever (planetarium guy) would be a sick run to watch

I'd honestly like to see a T!Keeper + T!Cain run, one killing enemies to get the coins and the other one getting most of the coins to craft stuff, must be pretty fun!
Try toastette and Eevee, it would be an interesting run

That Spike item (sanguine bond) is pretty weak on most characters but is hella strong on keeper as long as you manage to get a coin payout. Just so you know :)

Would be neat to see the Job modded character with Judas. basically opposites? I mean, Job gets a book that does tears up, and a tear multi, but lowish damage

pretty good combos should be t keeper + keeper, or maybe bethany + blue baby, as you can switch actives very early on in order to give bethany 1 wisp per room
