I agree I have gone in many times and tried to cancel. Nothing has worked. The only thing that has worked is that I change my account so they can’t get any money from me. Stupid, stupid way to cancel. I have tried to email afterwards I do not have Shopify I do not use Shopify. I did not receive any service. I never even opened the store.

Yes it is a scam notice how many people are complaining about the exact same thing. First off they make it difficult for you to cancel and when you finally find a way to cancel they continue to charge you
