I don't mind working a lot if its closer to home. When you're doing what you want the tools are much lighter in ones hands. Waking up force peeing and sh?ting brushing your hair and teeth then rushing to work for someone else doesn't feel the same as answering emails to your own following while making your perfect child breakfast. One thing that I want to add is if you're running paid ads like fb and tiktok and scaled your business to $20k per month then make sure you setup backend system like email and sms marketing properly. This will help you with retargeting your abandoned or lost session that came to your website and didn't purchased at all. Most dropshipping store miss out on this part and lose tons of money on the table without having a setup for retargeting.

Say I want to sell some (I don't know) glass cups that are manufactured by a random company. Do I have to talk to that company and have them agree to supply it for me? Or do I need a third party supplier, which will buy the product, ship it to me, and take a share of the profits, which also goes to the company that manufactures the product? 2. Roughly how much do I actually need to start dropshipping? Because I went on Shopify and the cost of using it (up to 3,000+ per month) is too much for me.

Actually kind of funny, I DID hit on my first product, but I made CRUCIAL mistakes in the process that ended my product in just a month. I had a no touch thermometer that just so happened to be prepped right when COVID hit. Had 6k in orders in the first week - but I failed to secure a solidified contract with the provider and they shot prices up 20 fold. I cannot implore you enough to follow each step. It's important! & To add to that, it becomes really demotivating when something like that happens so stay focused! 😎

I'm confused about the supplier part. Like how are you legally allowed to sell someone elses product (cause you're not gonna build the product yourself)? Let's say I figure out a great product, I find the product on AliExpress etc. start marketing it and so on. What's keeping people from just going straight to the suppliers page to get the product?

However through what did you buy that product ? I mean lets say I want to sell lamp. In AutoDS that lamp costs 20€ but on temu it costs only 8€. So is that lamp that costs 20€ from another dropshipper or what ? If yes than I would make no money with selling that lamp through AutoDS. Sorry for bad english its not my main language

Actually kind of funny, I DID hit on my first product, but I made CRUCIAL mistakes in the process that ended my product in just a month. I had a no touch thermometer that just so happened to be prepped right when COVID hit. Had 6k in orders in the first week - but I failed to secure a solidified contract with the provider and they shot prices up 20 fold. I cannot implore you enough to follow each step. It's important! & To add to that, it becomes really demotivating when something like that happens so stay focused! 😎

I'm confused about the supplier part. Like how are you legally allowed to sell someone elses product (cause you're not gonna build the product yourself)? Let's say I figure out a great product, I find the product on AliExpress etc. start marketing it and so on. What's keeping people from just going straight to the suppliers page to get the product?

However through what did you buy that product ? I mean lets say I want to sell lamp. In AutoDS that lamp costs 20€ but on temu it costs only 8€. So is that lamp that costs 20€ from another dropshipper or what ? If yes than I would make no money with selling that lamp through AutoDS.
