AMBER Tutorial: An Introduction to LEaP (xleap and tleap) // Creating A Peptide Sequence

xaLEap and teLEaP are two programs in AmberTools. They are run by the shell scripts xleap and tleap respectively. A common command language is shared by both xleap and tleap. But xleap has an additional X-windows graphical user interface. Here in this video, we have discussed the different functions of LEaP.
