I am using the same Bose product. At one point, I suddenly became unable to charge, so I bought a replacement battery, but it didn't improve. After disassembling with reference to your video, it turned out that the contact of the external power input terminal was poor. It was improved by devising the terminal. It was helpful with a very easy-to-understand video.

Thank you for sharing this very helpful video! The switches on the top on my Soundlink II were having no effect. Followed the video up to when the switches are removed, tested manually and the internal switch buttons were functioning. Put it all back together and top switch panel now works (don't really understand why, though 😄)
I love this speaker i never want to buy another speaker so this really helps keep it going

Mine died a couple weeks ago. I suspected it was a battery issue since I tried a new charger and it didn't work. Bose support was basically useless. Ordered a new battery off of Amazon and now back in business!
So is that middle part a subwoofer? My bass is starting to sound like it's rattling. Wondering if I can fix it
Man! Battery came from amazon, popped it in and its 100% I was going to throw it out!
Any chance to get the top plastic button cover strip around your end? Bose doesn't have any to replace our cracked one. 🙏

I tried to replace battery but failed because I couldn't firgure out what kind of screw driver i have to use. can you give me the driver you used to lossen the screw?

Bose were the first guys to really get deep bass from small products and started the BT craze BUT my speaker like this (Bose Soundlink Wireless - rectangular with cover/stand) actually has very bad treble. there is very little clarity from what was an expensive and premium product. its hard to understand why because getting treble was never difficult, only bass. anyone go any ways to improve treble on these speakers, maybe even add tweeters. its a great product in terms of battery, full sound, build quality, volume etc.... just that the sound quality and clarity is not there. i would love to improve it. Thanks!

I have one and after trying to charge the battery, bluetooth light is always on and AUX and MUTE is flashing... nothing happens, tried to restart but didnt work..

Hello... I have the same issue were all the LED lights are on & keep flashing.. didn't use for a month and by the time I changed it stopped but now the same lights are back on. Does dis really work ?

Hey. May phone can connect via bluetooth, but it doesnt play any sound?! What do you this is the problem? I already tried to reset it by pressing the mute for 10 secs and all the led flashed. Then i tried to reconnect via bluetooth but the problem still persist. Help me plsss

I have the same model. It dos not turn on. When i plug the charger battery logo is blinking red. I reset using Mute Button Press for 10sec, even after the light flash, after same reult exist blinking red battery logo. Is there anyone who have the same problem and solved it?
