This is great, but you need to distinguish the treatment by what restorative material will be used or what is existing. Meaning, you will only fill it in if amalgam is used. You will outline it and leave it outlined if it is composite for fillings.

very helpful, but I do hate that the visual quality would change from clear color to black and white, mainly because I'm a visual learner, it seemed as if my brain was being thrown off, but other than that it was great, Thanks.
