- The MRT Pink Line is an elevated monorail train line of the MRT. The monorail line will be 34.5 kilometres (21.4 mi) long and have 30 stations. It will run in the northern part of the city from the Nonthaburi Civic Center in Pak Kret District Nonthaburi along the major east-west transport corridor of Chaeng Wattana and Ram Intra roads to terminate at Minburi District in east Bangkok.

Great video. Crystal clear in dded. FYI, 0:53 This place is Nonthaburi, not Bangkok.
On one of the signs in the station says 'To Nonthaburi Civic Center' so that means where the person is taking this is in Min Buri Station or after Nothaburi Civic Center station. Which is indeed in Bangkok. So 0:53 Is shot at Min Buri but they just cut to Nonthaburi Civic Center after that but your comment could be true and shot in another station in Nonthaburi.

Chaengwattana 14 and all stations East to Minburi are in Bangkok. Nonthaburi is every station West of Klong Pra Pa.

Bangkok's streets are often absolutely filthy - and the stink almost everywhere is something else. The MRTs are always extremely clean, however - possibly to do with the Thai police at every single station, and they aren't playing.

Which stations have things nearby that might be of interest to a visitor to Bangkok?
Pak Kret station is fairly close to Ko Kret ”island” in the river. A daytrip out there, rent a bicycle, maybe spend one night in a homestay. Probably the closest thing to a real countryside feeling while inside the city.
Outer Ring Road - Ram Inthra Station has Fashion Island Mall a big mall on Bangkok Northeastern suburb and also not far from Safari World a famous zoo.

The route starts from Pakret Nonthaburi province to Meenburi which is a district of Bangkok.This monorail locates at Northern part of Nonthaburi and Bangkok.
Minburi is one of fifty districts of Bangkok metropolitan not sub district.
These trains were manufactured by CRRC Transportation Systems (CRRC Nanjing Puzhen) in Wuhu, Anhui, China

ถ้าในทางตรงมันทำความเร็วได้สูงสุด80กม.ต่อชั่วโมงนะครับ แต่อย่างที่เห็นครับ มีทั้งเลี้ยวทั้งขึ้นทั้งลง ความเร็วโดยเฉลี่ยจะเหลืออยู่ที่แค่35-40กม.ต่อชั่วโมง ส่วนเร็วสุดบนสายนี้จะอยู่ที่65กม.ต่อชั่วโมงครับ

In lndia we dont call them MRT . We call yhem monorail. Which is different from MRT.
In Thailand we call it MRT because of the company that funded and operates it. It's why we have so many initials for each system, like the BTS, SRT, ARL and we're about to have another new initial, the BEM for the Silver line Monorail, because for the first time ever Bangkok administration itself is funding that project.
we generally call it MRT, but we know that it's Monorail.
That's monorail not MRT. Look at Malaysia and Singapore MRT it's different.

Most visitors seem to think it is sad that most of us still wear mask. Actually we are perfectly fine. Probably we get used to this habit since the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of us feel more "safe" to wear it when going to public. We feel less risky when somebody sitting next to us in train happen to sneeze and probably spreading virus and germ.
I am disappointed that they do not provide downward escalator. It helps for passenger with physical difficulties. I think it wouldn't cost so much to do so. I felt that by providing upward escalator only, the operator may care only passenger when traveling in and buy service, but not care to passenger who left. They welcome passenger, but not farewell.
There're elevators for that though, that said. It's still not great either. It's mostly just one elevator box to the ground level and two to the boarding isles. Bangkok still needs to do much more for disabled people.
Yes, i was wondering about that too. Walking down the stairs is dangerous. What if someone behind u pushes u. I cannot imagine that. The elevator is narrow. Theres no distinctive design or colors to differentiate between stations. Morever the names of the stations are not clear and bold enough. But overall its convenient n really saves a lot of time
ถามเพราะไม่รู้จริงๆ บีทีเอส สถานี จตุจักรไปห้าแยกลาดพร้าวยกรางสูงข้ามโทลเวย์ แต่นมเย็น ศรีรัชไปเมืองทอง ทำไมไม่ยกราง แต่อ้อม แบบนี้ต้นทุนก่อสร้างถูกกว่าหรือครับ (ทำงานเกี่ยวกับภาษาโง่งานช่างมาก)
