    I’m so confused? Samantha was stabbed over 100 times and it’s been proven that she fought hard for her life! Poor girl was inebriated but still managed to fight back. To the point her full fingernails were broken off, knuckles bruised and bloodied, etc. So the defenses opening is stating that multiple DNA evidence was found on her fingernails, but none of the actual defendants? Also, he had not a single mark on him which would be impossible considering the amount she fought back. If these statements are true, sounds like he was just the driver and had others in his vehicle who did the actual killing. Either way, he need to come clean and tell the truth on what happened that night. If he didn’t kill her then he knows who did.
    Ladies, I’m an Uber/Lyft driver in the Boston area. I do late night rides for this very exact reason. To make sure all the young college girls get home safely. I can’t tell you how many drunk people I’ve had in my backseat that have crashed out while driving. Happens all the time with these college kids + too much alcohol. Always double check the license plate of the vehicle that pulls up to confirm it’s the correct Uber ride. When there are a lot of people in one vicinity all requesting rides, a car can easily be mistaken. It’s happened plenty of times to me as well.

      What is perfectly clear is that this alleged Lawyer is the biggest DOPE in America and a complete MUPPET. In this clip alone the idiot spoke for near 7 minutes and did not say anything meaningful - did not challenge any prosecution evidence but instead repeated what is not in dispute by either party. She should be charged with False Pretences. Only my Opinion

    No DNA from the Defendant is found on the victim. But the victim apparently scratched her attacker to the point that her fingernails broke.
    Two explanations:
    The Defendant was the driver and picked up another person(s) who did the assault.
    Or he wore gloves, a thick jacket, and some kind of face shield where his hands, arms, and face were protected.
    But him trying to sell the victim's phone and him driving his car with blood inside it and his clothes covered with the victims blood.... puts this Defendant in the know.

    Nobody else finds it strange, VERY strange, that his DNA was non-existent on her and he had ZERO scratches or other wounds that he most certainly should have had if she fought back. And I'm sure she fought like hell. I can't wait to hear their case, because I, unlike most of you, believe in innocent until PROVEN guilty. He probably is guilty. But I want to hear ALL of the evidence.

      She also stated that none of his DNA was in the car. Now how can that be? She said not on the door or the steering wheel. Again how could that be? He scrubbed the car. Maybe there were two of them. No idea. That whole part is a bit suspect to me

      @@vickishack5139 I think the defence has blown their own argument up with the statement, none of his DNA was in the car. First he was arrested driving the car, therefore if his DNA was nowhere it proves you can be somewhere and not leave DNA if well covered. Secondly you can clean DNA away as we now know he did, or tried to, as thirdly, his DNA was in the car so that's a false statement anyway.

    • @debbzev
      @debbzev 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@vickishack5139 I know it's ridiculous making so much about DNA not being in one place when literally every other surface was covered. As for the fact one glove was found in the outside bin and the other in the laundry basket in the house, tied that together too. Then the defence had the cheek to say to his gf, you drove the car with blood in it, trying to insinuate that was out of order, which is the exact thing their client did. Good to know if we commit crimes and absolutely everything is clearly pointing at us, as long as DNA is not on one spot, it's fine, no worries. Ignore all the other evidence. Absolute madness.
