How To Upgrade The Reckless Industries Fairing Windshield For Less Than $30.

What’s up everybody. In todays video, I will be attempting to install a low cost, high quality Buyinhouse 9” Dark Tint Wave Style Windshield on my 2015 Harley Davidson Road King with the Reckless Industries Fairing. It does work but all you have to do is like it up and drill two holes which was very simple.
Reckless industries sells their own windshields for $100-200. The windshield I installed was purchased off Amazon for $28.

Has the “wave” windshield greatly diminished buffeting on highway rides? How has it lasted? Also, if you could rate Reckless fairing. Amp or no amp? I’m a pretty tall rider too on a Yamaha Stratoliner. Looking good!

I sold this bike so no longer have it as I’m starting a new RK build very soon. The wave windshield was fine. The reckless industries fairing was great. The fitment was good, but bagger bars work better with fairing. The sound was great. Much better than just an empty shell batwing.

I usually go with TCMT bars. I believe on the blue road king I went with these. amzn.to/49zKO3n because of the fairing. My current black RK build I went with 18” TCMT bars amzn.to/4aVBW9u
