My cat has been lost for a month, I miss her so much. Update: There has been literally no sign of her anywhere. She did have a previous owner, and we found that out when we took her to the vet a long while ago. There are other feral cats in my area, so I was starting to think she had either gotten into a fight, or she had gone back to her old owner. I just hope that she's safe wherever she may be.

When I was 12, my male cat ran away from home. Six months later we moved about 8 miles away. Another year went by and I stopped at a friends house down the street. On my way to the bus stop to get back home, I walked past the old house just to reminisce. A cat runs up to me and it was mine!
I had to take my cat to the vet, 6 blocks away from my house. At the vets door, the box broke and he escaped. I was 9, and cried for months. One day my mother woke me up saying: " look at who came to say good morning to you." There was my sweet Pumpkin, jumping on my bed and cuddling with me. It happened 6 months after he escaped.

Mackenzie Wilmoth 2lbs in 10days seems like a lot for a cat. That’s about 1/4 of their weight. My cat I just noticed how fat he was. He’s always been “pudgy” bc he steals food but suddenly I noticed he looks a lot bigger and when I checked his weight he’d gained 3lbs in the last year, which to me seemed like a lot of weight gain, he was 12.8 and now he’s 15.8
I gave my cat all the love in the world, I am disabled so was with her 24/7, she always wanted out so I did so for short periods of time, then one day she took off out the door and I haven't seen her since, this was two weeks ago and I miss her so very much! she has a chip and I did ALL the things they tell you to do to find her....I hope I am so lucky as some others on this site and she will turn up for me. My sweet Lincoln has been missing for 11 days. I have talked to 50+ neighbors, hung neon signs, hired a search dog, hired an animal communicator. Done everything humanely possible. My kitten, Ritz, has been missing for almost 6 days now. I miss her so dearly, she is my cat out of my family so I'm taking it the hardest, and I am trying to stay strong. I go outside, no mater what time it is, calling her name. I feel like she is somewhere near, if not hiding near my house or at my house because we have a lot of stray cats here that we feed in our backyard, so I don't think she'd go far because she knows there's food back there. I pray she comes home safe. She's escaped around 2 or 3 times before and came back within a few hours, but this is the longest she's been gone. A few months ago, in October of 2023, her sister, Cheese, died and I can't go through loosing another cat, especially since I see Cheese (her sister) in her, and when I'm close with Ritz, if feels like I'm close with Cheese too, that she's there every second, I just hope Cheese is looking out for her, guiding her from above and keeping her safe. Please pray for Ritz that she comes home safe and unharmed!! Edit: She's come back safe!! Thank you Lord. She randomly came back, my mom found her. For her being gone almost a week, she doesn't seem to have lost a pound! So I believe she had been around in our backyard, to skittish to come out with all the stray cats/cats she's never met, but stuck around because she knew it was a food source, she's such a smart kitten! I know Cheese, her sister, was guiding her every paw step of her short adventure and ensured she was safe every minute. Thank you to everyone who prayed for her safe return! Don’t be worried. Cats are not dumb. They can survive weeks without food, and they have bugs to eat and Lakes and ponds to drink out of. They have VERY smart hiding places to, protective spots from other animals ands storm. I just recently moved, and my cat was gone for about 2 months and came back yesterday just as healthy as she was before she left
@dhruv koli. That's pretty much what they all tell people who've lost their cats. You search for them when it's dark and quiet. When most everybody else is asleep. Most cats are hiding during the day. And at night they're more prone to emerge because there's not much noise and nobody is out walking around on the streets.

It is now 6 and a half weeks and I still don't have my beautiful boy back. I can't stop crying, literally everything reminds me of him. The emotions are so overwhelming. I'm as 54 year old English woman, I've been through two violent marriages, bought up my daughter single handedly, lost both my outstanding parents, been at cat owner for 23 years, my black and white Maincoon past away at 23 years old, and my adorable 12 year old blue eyed Himalayan disappeared the same day my Maincoon past away. That was over 10 years ago now. Yet none of those life circumstances have had such a blow to my entire existence as losing my gorgeous little boy cat. I'm working on telepathically trying to communicate to him. Also flyering in a much wider area. I love my little guy with all my heart, I pray for his safety and for us to be together once again really soon. As someone who had 15 outdoor cats. Most will at one point go beyond the boundaries they usually go through daily and may want to explore more. This happened to every cat I had and each would be gone for weeks and return later on. Only one out the 15 didn’t return. We have no idea what happened but we miss her. Honestly the best advice I have to give is to be patient.
When I was a kid my cat ran away for a while during the summer. We went out looking for her each day. We couldn’t find her. Each night we left the cat door open so she could come back. Then one night she came back when we were asleep. She woke us up to let us know she was home
before the video starts for me i'm writing this, they do. I used to have a cat called Skylar, she went missing after running away. One day i got in a horrid bike crash and i heard a meow. Hey people! My cat just came back after 4 days. I've had him for about two years now and kept him along two others inside our house because we live in a neighborhood with little space and next to big traffic roads so there is no place for cats to wander around. He wasn't castrated, but we didn't let him leave often and didn't need it like our other cats, somehow he escaped probably following a female cat. I was very alarmed and anxious because he was a house cat, but he came back fortunately. My parents have stories of cats being able to return home from ridiculous places like people wanting to get rid of them. If your cat is lost try searching him even inside closed spaces in your house and hope for the best, he will also probably be in another home so notify your neighbors. If you took good care of them and they were not in danger during they were out they will most surely come back it's something they do.

It's been 9 days and I officially will stop searching around been doing it for 8 days withouth any progress but I asked almost all neighbors to tell me when they saw my cat Shiku (I excluded those houses with 2 to 3 dogs in their yard). We live near a school (which has like 10+ stray cats hiding) also here in Philippines,in our place houses are so close to each other and also most of our neighbors are cat owners + we have a lot of stray cats here,I really wish he's near and just trying to mate,I love him so so much. With leaving our "scent' I have no problem with that since my mom,dad and my grandma likes to goes out everyday to visit their friends houses. My cat Jimmy has been missing for 5 days :( whenever he goes out he returns within 24 hours. Never has he gone away for so long. Searched for him all around our colony, found him nowhere. Update: There has been literally no sign of her anywhere. She did have a previous owner, and we found that out when we took her to the vet a long while ago. There are other feral cats in my area, so I was starting to think she had either gotten into a fight, or she had gone back to her old owner. I just hope that she's safe wherever she may be.

When I was 12, my male cat ran away from home. Six months later we moved about 8 miles away. Another year went by and I stopped at a friends house down the street. On my way to the bus stop to get back home, I walked past the old house just to reminisce. A cat runs up to me and it was mine!
I had to take my cat to the vet, 6 blocks away from my house. At the vets door, the box broke and he escaped. I was 9, and cried for months. One day my mother woke me up saying: " look at who came to say good morning to you." There was my sweet Pumpkin, jumping on my bed and cuddling with me. It happened 6 months after he escaped.

My kitten, Ritz, has been missing for almost 6 days now. I miss her so dearly, she is my cat out of my family so I'm taking it the hardest, and I am trying to stay strong. I go outside, no mater what time it is, calling her name. I feel like she is somewhere near, if not hiding near my house or at my house because we have a lot of stray cats here that we feed in our backyard, so I don't think she'd go far because she knows there's food back there. I pray she comes home safe. She's escaped around 2 or 3 times before and came back within a few hours, but this is the longest she's been gone. A few months ago, in October of 2023, her sister, Cheese, died and I can't go through loosing another cat, especially since I see Cheese (her sister) in her, and when I'm close with Ritz, if feels like I'm close with Cheese too, that she's there every second, I just hope Cheese is looking out for her, guiding her from above and keeping her safe. Edit: She's come back safe!! Thank you Lord. She randomly came back, my mom found her. For her being gone almost a week, she doesn't seem to have lost a pound! So I believe she had been around in our backyard, to skittish to come out with all the stray cats/cats she's never met, but stuck around because she knew it was a food source, she's such a smart kitten! I know Cheese, her sister, was guiding her every paw step of her short adventure and ensured she was safe every minute. Thank you to everyone who prayed for her safe return! Don’t be worried. Cats are not dumb. They can survive weeks without food, and they have bugs to eat and Lakes and ponds to drink out of. They have VERY smart hiding places to, protective spots from other animals ands storm. I just recently moved, and my cat was gone for about 2 months and came back yesterday just as healthy as she was before she left

@dhruv koli. That's pretty much what they all tell people who've lost their cats. You search for them when it's dark and quiet. When most everybody else is asleep. Most cats are hiding during the day. And at night they're more prone to emerge because there's not much noise and nobody is out walking around on the streets.

It is now 6 and a half weeks and I still don't have my beautiful boy back. I can't stop crying, literally everything reminds me of him. The emotions are so overwhelming. I'm as 54 year old English woman, I've been through two violent marriages, bought up my daughter single handedly, lost both my outstanding parents, been at cat owner for 23 years, my black and white Maincoon past away at 23 years old, and my adorable 12 year old blue eyed Himalayan disappeared the same day my Maincoon past away. That was over 10 years ago now. Yet none of those life circumstances have had such a blow to my entire existence as losing my gorgeous little boy cat. I'm working on telepathically trying to communicate to him. Also flyering in a much wider area. I love my little guy with all my heart, I pray for his safety and for us to be together once again really soon.

As someone who had 15 outdoor cats. Most will at one point go beyond the boundaries they usually go through daily and may want to explore more. This happened to every cat I had and each would be gone for weeks and return later on. Only one out the 15 didn’t return. We have no idea what happened but we miss her. Honestly the best advice I have to give is to be patient.

Hey people! My cat just came back after 4 days. I've had him for about two years now and kept him along two others inside our house because we live in a neighborhood with little space and next to big traffic roads so there is no place for cats to wander around. He wasn't castrated, but we didn't let him leave often and didn't need it like our other cats, somehow he escaped probably following a female cat. I was very alarmed and anxious because he was a house cat, but he came back fortunately. My parents have stories of cats being able to return home from ridiculous places like people wanting to get rid of them. If your cat is lost try searching him even inside closed spaces in your house and hope for the best, he will also probably be in another home so notify your neighbors. If you took good care of them and they were not in danger during they were out they will most surely come back it's something they do.
You need to castrate your cat and asap. Often they leave long distances to find a cat in heat good luck.

It's been 9 days and I officially will stop searching around been doing it for 8 days withouth any progress but I asked almost all neighbors to tell me when they saw my cat Shiku (I excluded those houses with 2 to 3 dogs in their yard).
We live near a school (which has like 10+ stray cats hiding) also here in Philippines,in our place houses are so close to each other and also most of our neighbors are cat owners + we have a lot of stray cats here,I really wish he's near and just trying to mate,I love him so so much.
With leaving our "scent' I have no problem with that since my mom,dad and my grandma likes to goes out everyday to visit their friends houses.

My cat cookie has been missing for 9 days now. I can't stop crying I really wish he returns home. I've put it all over social media not heard anything, please God let my cat return please don't let anything bad happen to him

This is a beautiful miracle. Put a tracking collar on him to be comfortable. I hope my cat will come back. There is no collar on his neck and no tracking device. I have been missing him for 7 days and I am afraid that I have a false hope that he will come back.

@@razzledazzle1040 I think you're just lucky, my cat is male shy gone for 2 weeks, he might have drowned cuz of the bad weather and minus degrees Celsius, my dad was last to see him so we dont know if he is in attic dead in fiberglass or outside for 16 days
