I ordered these on amazon and after 5 min the rgb stopped working (the fans are spinning only without lightning all plugged in correctly) should i send everything back or what do i do?
Hi, if you can change the colors by sync with your motherboard which with 5V 3pin RGB header, or manual press the button on the control hub to change colors
Hello, I just buy 6 of these fan for my new configuration but I have a question. Can i connect the two connector (the 4 pins to the psu and the 3 pins to the motherboard) or can I just connect the 3 pins to the motherboard to make these fan work (power and RGB) ? And how can I do to connect multiple fans to the motherboard to make them controlable with the MSI software ? Can i connect the fan with other and just plug one 3 Pins fan to the motherboard or do I must buy a RGB hub ? Thanks a lot for your answers ! ;)
Hi , sorry for late. The fan comes with two connector, one is 4pin fan connector, the other is 3pin ARGB connector. 4pin fan connector need to be connect to motherboard fan header or fan hub to make it spin and speed adjustable. 3pin ARGB connector is for the LED signal, also need to be connect to motherboard header or fan hub. the fan only works well when two connectors are connected properly. So either you connect to motherboard directly or hub, they all could work, but not to PSU directly. For your reference
Hi, we have checked with your motherboard, they only can support 4pin 12v RGB. Unfortunately , these RGB fans support with 5V 3pins RGB header. Also, this fan kit doesn't come with remote control ,only with fan hub and rgb sync adapter.
@@ezdiy-fab8483 Hi, I have to mount these fans (pack of 5) on a Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro motherboard, unlike Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 WIFI, my mount this connector it.gigabyte.com/products/upload/products/6547/kf/3645/digitalled-port.jpg so I don't need the adapter included in the package. My doubt depends on the fact that the adapter uses only two of the three pins (D and G) but not pin V, considering the fact that I don't have to use the adapter, and that therefore I will use all three pins, they can arise some problems? Thanks in advance
Hi , thanks for choosing our RGB fans. According to your question, we have checked your motherboard, you can use our adapter directly connect into your motherboard, don't need to use the Gigabyte adapter included in the package, if you still have further question, just let us know, our message to us on our facebook or Amazon ,thanks!
I have an asrock z270 extreme4 but I'm new to all the rgb stuff, is the connection on the bottom of the board the right one? Also, when using the controller with pwm input, do all fans run at the same speed or can they be controlled individually? Thanks
Hi, thanks for your question. We have checked your motherboard, it can't support this fans, since the rgb header on your motherboard is 4pin 12V. These rgb fans only can sync with 5v 3pin rgb header.
@@InfinityNexusReviews Hey, i know this is hella late, but i think you can get a adapter/hub that changes 4pin 12v to 3pin 5v, so you just connect 4pin 12v to your mother board and into the adapter/hub and 3pin 5v into the adapter/hub.
So I ordered these, but the RGB Sync/PWM Cable to connect it to the motherboard broke. Is there a way to get a replacement?
We have already contact with you on facebook :)
@@ezdiy-fab8483 I know! Thanks for helping me!

Love these fans. Can this sync is a gigabyte z390 gaming x motherboard? And are this fans controlled with a wireless remote?

What noise output do these give you?? (Decibels)
Can the fan color and speed be software controlled with a 12V+ 4 pin rgb header?
Hi , this fan can't support 12v rgb header, only can compatible with 5v 3pin header.
Can these fans be controlled (RGB & FAN SPEED) when using a Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 WIFI?
Hi , it can be supported with Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 WIFI , the package include Gigabyte fusion adapter

@@ezdiy-fab8483 That's a shame, seems most people can't use these. Will there be a version that supports 4pin 12v?
