Well, that's your opinion. I don't think Eimear Quinn's excellent "The Voice" was rubbish at all, in fact quite the opposite, and I also thought Linda Martin was quite good. And as for the French entry, I'm afraid you're on your own again; it's in a league of its own.
Well, even when they joined the contest, you had to wait until your following entry (two years later) for them to 'twelve' you. You, on the other hand, immediately fell under their spell. But then gave them no points two years later - I personally think this Cyprus-Greece hype (at least back in these years) is a little exaggerated.
setheurovision94 Being a Brit and a Londoner, Wembley is a well-known part of London therefore I personally prefer them saying Wembley instead of London. It makes more sense to me anyway.

Cyprus-Greece relations only really became infamous circa 1992.
Why do they all say 'Hello, Wembley'? I wish they would have said, 'Hello, London'. Somehow I think that sounds more charming.
