- Music that plays...well, inside the Sandship in Skyward Sword. Past edition.
I reckon most people reckon this to be one of the better, more memorable dungeons in this game. That seems to be the case for most dungeons that forego the usual ancient-temple or mysterious-cave sort of thing and try something a little different. The Snowpeak Ruins are another example I'm aware of.
I find it a bit short, as dungeons go, and it can be made even shorter if you do things out of order, but I would still put it highly on my list. I enjoy going back there after finishing the dungeon; you find that the robot crew have assumed control again and all the Bokoblins are locked in the brig.

This might well be my favorite track in the game; it has the feel of desolation to it.
I can definitely understand the sentiment of this dungeon specifically being short and relatively simple once you get the gimik down (although I never thought about sequence breaking) but something about the the contrast of freedom with this dungeon made it more impactful to me as a kid. Hell even when I first boarded the divine beast the first thing I thought of was sand ship, a vehicular like structure where the main "switch" influences all parts of the dungeon and is more readily available to the player.

I listen to this while playing as my Ginthulk Space Empire in Spore, shaman esque and ancient vibes go perfect with the empires philosophy

I was so nervous during this part, always expecting a massive stalfos to jump out at me.
I feel like this would play in Mesa Verde
nobody has the friggin track that plays when youre running through the decks when tentalus attacks.

If I had to vote, I'd say my favorite "dungeon" in Skyward Sword is the Lanayru Mining Facility.
My favorite Skyward Sword boss: Koloktos (he's one of my favorite bosses in all Zelda games to be honest)

I personally find this to be the second worst Zelda ever made but I can’t deny that this was a pretty good dungeon.
