Though this interview is very hard to listen to, which was not the Beatles fault at all, there is a hidden treasure within. Beautiful Paul with his various accents is pure joy to listen to. He goes to his Scouse for solidly railing on the guy. If anyone wasn’t sure , it is most definitely Paul. ❤️✨🔥
According to Tom Lodge's book, The Ship that Rocked the World, he didn't have any time to prepare and he only needed excepts for the "Sound of the Stars" One thing I noticed is that the doctor's coats used in the photo shoot are underneath his jackets.
This is probably how the 4 of them really were when they were in a good mood. They were always looking for some absurd distraction to offset the tired questions reporters were asking. So The Beatles were gently trying to drag the poor reporter down an embarrassing rabbit whole. Not every utterance is funny, but it's the culmination of what all 4 are saying on top of each other in Beatle talk. Here it's unleashed without the confines of a normal press conference. It's free form and at times it's strained and tiresome yet other times sort of brilliant.
