Sorry the changes made are nice but I really like the brickwall and ... the family DOGY needs a real grooming too ... his hair to his eyes are long. he can't see much... sad for how the dog looked.. BTW the colors are simple and modern ... maybe I prefer colored on the panelling on the wall edges... and greenery...

The arch in the brick work gave the room character now the room has no soul.

That was my question! Esp about the TV....also, hubby and kids were well behaved about the lack of tv!

I would've retained the bricks. Maybe just sand blasted it to clean it. This room just lost its warmth..
