The window seat with built in storage was a great idea and I loved the color scheme. But it doesn't look at all comfortable with all the shelving. It would've been a lot more inviting and cozy if at the wider end there was no shelving but lots of comfy pillows big and small to snuggle up in to read or use a laptop etc.
Whoa, whoa, whoa! No wonder I was always left scratching my head! WHAT plywood face piece did you cut and add to the flat-pack cabs?? There's ply showing at the wide end, UNDER the drawer fronts!!! (That's the part I'm really left to guess at!!) And possibly? Some at the narrow end?? It would be so helpful of BHG to show that frontispiece!? Please explain? Or, refer us to a magazine edition, if applicable, where you illustrated + further described this darling, practical build?
