Love my 690 SMC R, ordered a graphics kit. I ran mine in up and down the box avoiding constant speed, will be interested to see your oil consumption if it makes any difference. Thinking of remap with filter change, already have Arrow end pipe
I have been pushing it up and down the revs a bit and avoiding main roads to keep the gears changing but unfortunately the ride home that day we had no choice, and it was freezing so wasnt looking to go and have fun. I've still only done about 200 miles because of this British weather! If you watch Lamb Chops Rides, he used a guy in Bristol that can map euro 5's by changing the ecu rather than plug ins. Prob the best way to go if you want best performance for your set up. Let me know how you get on. Thanks for watching 👍

I didn't speak with them. I chose Fowlers as they had a few 22 plates they were looking to shift and after a few phone calls back and forth, I pushed them down to a price I was happy with. Great roads around here but terrible weather! Thanks for watching 👍
our dealer just dropped the price alot on the 2022 701 still cant sell it little sus for me, seems like people prefer building a fe 501 or excf 500 into super moto rather then buying the little heavier 690,701
A lot of dealers did that when new colours came out. I think they have to keep stock shifting. I can't fault the shop I got it from, they always have bikes going out but I think the 701 in particular is a niche bike so maybe less call for them? Thanks for watching 👍
