hmm... i think i'll attempt incorporating this into some kind of exercise. i play scales, one octave right hand playing triplets against the left, so the right goes up and down 3 times for every one time in the left and then switch for the next set. then move up a tone for the next scale. the left doing triplets smoothly were a little challenging early on. that's why i kept doing it.
