Hi there, in my portfolio I included other types or art as I didn’t have any interior design work at the time, I used to paint before so I included my paintings and hand-drawings and also some graphic design and photography work, they want to see that you are really into the world of design, it doesn’t have to be perfect but it has to show that you have a passion for design, art and the related fields. Hope that helps :)
Have you ever had to do a board portfolio? I am showcasing my physical portfolio board for our portfolio show next month that is either for graduates of transfer in our major so I was just curious

Hello mam last month I have given my last sem exams and just have the handmade drawings I m learning software but I m really worried that by the time is passing and I m trying to create portfolio is applying for jobs one month after exams is too late?I just include drawings made through software but firtsf I have to learn
Work with what you have, and as you learn software you can add those projects later. Quality matters more than quantity for portfolios. But as soon as you have other projects to add, always keep updating your portfolio.
Most of the time we wouldn't be bother to polish our portfolio when we are being employed. Only time we take a good look at it is when we are suddenly jobless and notice that our portfolio actually look like sh*t.

I used InDesign from adobe, I think they have a free trial. Alternatively you can use Canva which is free.
