I'm forcing myself to write this comment, because I'm usually a silent youtube watcher! But I just wanted to let you know that I've been watching all your vids as you've been posting - THEY MAKE ME SMILE! It's literally like hanging out with an old pal and I just love seeing how you've flourished and having a little insight into your life! I watch illustrators on youtube whilst i'm cooking or doing my makeup sometimes, they're just generally quite chill and not very demanding to watch which is perfect.
I like watching the process of your designing and talking through colour choices. I also love the clips from your pov of going about your life and neighbourhood - seeing what your artistic eye focuses on and picking out what gets your brain ticking. Ur so cute n cool. I really enjoyed this video. Watching you work on various creative projects had me picking up my iPad to do some work in Procreate, so it felt like a bit of a group session. I hope that made sense.
And while I'm not subscribed to your Patreon, I think perhaps an idea for it would be to add some sort of 'draw this in your style' prompt each month. Some people seem to really like challenges that give them something to create and share. I think it builds community and gives people a chance to contribute to it.
Also loved the thrift shopping footage at the end. I love thrift stores, have gotten so many good things for cheap at them. My biggest find so far was a microwave pressure cooker from Tupperware. Brand new they're $160 USD from the company but I got it for $10 and it was still in great condition!

Aw I'm so glad it had that effect, that's what I like to do when I watch other folks art vlogs so I'm always hoping I have the same influence :)
That's a great idea for Patreon, thanks for sharing with me :-) I always like a prompt! And I definitely like that idea of creating a community around that!
Thirft stores are my favourite too! I basically only buy second hand because theres so much good stuff! That sounds like a great deal on the pressure cooker, love a bargain!

aw thanks! I refurbished my studio this year and it's made such a difference for creating in! The before was very ugly haha. Yes that's how I feel too haha, I used to have a lot more success with it when I wasn't trying so hard haha. That I think is instagrams fault tho and not mine!
