I made a more simple version putting my phone in a cardboard steering wheel and installing the steering wheel app on pc and mobile and then i made pedals by gluing ice cream sticks on my keyboard then gluing cardboard pedals on the ice cream sticks so when i put my foot on it the key gets pressed down and the card moves and if i put my foot on the other one the car stops and the steering wheel works perfect. I am planning on making a gearbox but instead gluing a stick on joystick and remapping it on my pc
2 years later and i still cant figure out how you set your mouse to accelerate and brake using the laser sensor. If you happen to see this at anytime, hopefully you can help me out because I'm only able to use the mouse buttons but I want it to work like yours. Please and thank you.

As the 6th gear you will only get to that speed. You need to add a range button and programme position 1 into 7 and position 2 into 8 and so on. Once you finish the 6th gear. Press your range to go into high ratio. And push the gear to position 1 again to get the 7th gear
I am using mouse as steering as well as break. lets say mouse is sitting on mousepad and not attached anywhere so when i move mouse to the left steering moves left, when i move mouse to the right steering moves right, when i move mouse up truck accelerates, when i move mouse down it breaks second mouse is attached to the accelerator pedal, when i press accelerator mouse moves forward and truck accelerates, when i release accelerator mouse comes back to zero position and we have no acceleration. now the trick is when i move break pedal, mouse stays at its place but the surface below mouse moves forward, that means it acts as if mouse is moving backwards and breaks the truck. I hope you are getting this.........

I put a 3mm metal rod inside joystick and comes out about 1inch. then I made a 3mm hole in hanger too, about 1inch deep. Then put hanger in it
