INFORMATION !
Why did I tell you that you can use only one of these two, a clutch or handbrake?
It means the gamepad only has 4 analog option
What is analog?
That is used for two-dimensional input and not like a button. it has sensitivity and it's like a volume controller.
The gamepad has 4 analog options
LX - Left X-Axis
LY - Left Y-Axis
RX - Right X-Axis
RY - Right Y-Axis ( See Download Link)
So, we have to use 10k five Potentiometers for the steering wheel, pedals & Handbrake.
BUT WE ONLY CAN USE 4 POTENTIOMETERS.
You have two options for how your play
1. (automatic gear or peddle shift + Analog Handbrake)
2. (Manual gear + Clutch + (Micro switch) Handbrake Or without a handbrake)
When using these two options, the key mapping and wiring have to be changed
This is why both the potentiometer and micro switch were installed on the handbrake.

So why am I using this terminal block?
It is very easy to use, it can be disassembled when you are not playing and reassembled when you are playing.
And one more thing all potentiometers have a death zone.
The controller dead zone is the amount your control stick can move before it's recognized in the game or death zone means a zone of no action
you can adjust a little from the xbox360 software. but cannot remove it.
anyway, it is a little bit harder but doesn't matter, You can see my gameplay from my channel.

You try the default calibration. goto the USB joystick properties>setting.
1. First click the calibration setting Reset to default.
2. Goto the Test tab.
3. Check your wheel has centered correctly and that it works fine. if it has correct don't worry.
4. Again get the setting tab>Calibarate
don't touch your wheel then skip wheel calibration(click Next).
5. The other calibrations ( z-axis, z-rotation) can calibrate( gas, Brake paddles)

Hey, I had a doubt, if I am using an arduino Leonardo instead of a controller’s board can I use 5 analog inputs (steering, gas, brake, hand brake, clutch) because the arduino has 6 analog inputs available right ?

GND means minus ( - )
VCC means plus ( + )
so this video I showing in the diagram *red line is VCC* (+) *black line is GND* (-)
HI, i have some questions-
1. How do you connect many wires to the same terminal (GND and VCC)
2.. Instead of using micro switches, can i put the ground wire on the shifter stick and the other terminal on whichever terminal of the buttton it is supposed to be?
3. How is the deadzone of this controller?
1. put all the GND and VCC wires into the (2:47) screw terminal blocks.

No, it is not mandatory to connect. But you need to connect to calibrate

some games have the option to reduce the death zone, but cannot remove it. The best solution is to make it with Arduino

It can be removed at any time and easily reassembled. You can use it only if you like. and board mean game controller circuit board.

There are several reasons for that
1. wiring
2. bad potentiometer
3. Check controller analog mode is on
So I did the exact same thing but while calibration my wheel just picks up signal in one direction like from middle to extreme right not from extreme left to extreme right is there a fix or solution for this?

The keyboard does not support analog. That means the clutch works like a button. It feels weird.

Bro, do you have a solution for force feedback? 🤔 Are there any drivers for these boards ? I connect it to the original off Midway with force feedback. However, the game pad is not supported, so I downloaded the jap man mirokish driver for xinput but still not supported 😑

I used ''wheelConfig_0.21'' for force feedback. and you don't need a gamepad because the gamepad has only vibration feedback.
Arduino force feedback system needs a motor and encoder.
I have the original motor from off road Midway machine and use the board from joystick.

Yes you can. You will need a potentiometer and a gamepad. Wiring to one axis (gamepad has four axes, you can select one axis) if you don't understand then go to this video description it has diagram link and check it.

Some buttons or axes on the controller work automatically. Check the game controller properties in Windows to see what it is.
