My very first Live arena battle, as a level 50, was against an account with 2 mythical and the rest legendary champs. And here I was still using Kael lol.
In Classic Arena, I was stuck around SIlver II forever, but as soon as I got Armanz, I push to Plat every season. At minimum, I will land on Gold V. Its crazy how one character changed my gameplay in such a tremendous amount.

About the hp-def ratio: Since we know that the sweetspot for defense sits between 3200 and 4200 wouldn't it make sense to build a higher def stat BECAUSE of savage+helmsmasher ignoring 50% of it? I mean if his Duchess has 6500 def and 50% gets ignored he'd still have 3250 which still mitigates most of the damage vs building her with 4200 def which after helmsmasher+savage equates to 2100 which is squishy af and should get oneshot everytime even with 130k hp?
yea i have same opinion, more defense the better, almost every good nuker champ does more then 80K damage with a Skill so yeah, you still need a good defense like you said 6500 defense its a good spot but hard to get.

The one blessing I always try to have is Intimidating Presence. It strengthens your Aura as much as 35% and weakens the enemy by 20%. That could bump you up to 50% extra speed on your aura. Or whatever aura your lead has. I I can't get that because it's an or all-epic team I'll have at least 1 with Commanding Presence which has up to 35% aura strengthen and +10 speed.

He was going to wipe my whole team but I have Eostrid on the team and she resisted him every time and was able to kill him. Rest of my team on the floor.. From what he is saying, that might not be viable at the high end.. he also said nobody runs full resist teams so if they did.. At least one should be able to do what my Eostrid did in gold 5.
So live arena and classic are very different animals when it comes to gear. You'll see nukers over 300 speed in lethal with 300 crit damage in LA. 450 speed shu zens etc. 1k accuracy etc.
@@Turtleshellon the point is you're comparing apples to oranges. I fairly frequently run into 1 main or meme defenses in classic. What you run almost doesn't matter
My Siphi is 600 resist, 100k hp, 3k def and 210 speed . Go second team . She works very well in that set up with a warlord and a tormin both high resist and acc

just play a speed booster and a bomber and you are garentueed to counter armanz, don't need to ban him armanz is literraly countered by just playing full speed
Not easy to put in that live arena time day in day out to get those battles in. It's typically 30-60 minutes to get in 10 battles, and you have to be active and looking for it at the right time slot. I don't fault him one bit for that. Family, work,... live arena rsl.
Who has time to wait around for someone to manually fight in Live Arena? Forget 3v3 fighting 1M power teams in Silver 1 and 2. But let's gate missions IN BOTH.
I don't know how anyone likes live. It take 5 minutes to setup a team to just stomp or be stomped. It might be because I'm so low in the arena but i find no enjoyment in playing it. I'd rather watch paint dry.
Nah i think being lower in live arena is better since you’re more likely to get easier fights and less whales but i think it just depends how good your account is.

If raid would make it easier for new players to catch up i would play..... They need to make it easier to get shards to me that's the worse part of playing raid
That mode is a joke. I'm a pretty knew player this mode can do one. I'm not bothered if it takes me 3 yrs to fill my hall. That mode is full of try hards with no lives. Even when a tourny is in they wont drop there defence. They must keep it max level. Worst mode on almost any game.

I'v ewatched the video... and my somewhat odd conclusion is I kinda wasted my time because this is neither a stage where I am at, nor where I even care to be in the least interesting and dull part of the game... PvP in this game is crap and the numbers being discussed I can't scratch together.

Lol I got him completely free. I just saved my shards and energy since the last fusion. Now I'm able to compete in arena he is easy to counter arena is more about gear. All of my shards come from cb

@@freshlysaltedfishing8500 one of the main reasons why proper gearing is almost useless, and irrelevant against a well-built Armanz is because he only needs two stats speed and accuracy and accuracy is always baseline 42 points stronger than resistance which is beyond dumb

Ist not +35% over all. It Just strengstens your Aura by 35%. So If you have a 20%speed Aura lead Its going to be 27% with the Blessing.

Look at his old video about levelling champions. Normally you should have at least 5 of them leveled to 60 for clan boss or dragon teams

no offense to drock but his 80% win rate is because he got in total 2000 battles.. other player got less win rate but they have over 4-5k battles
If drock would have PLAYED more matches earlier on be armanz and all the new mythicals ur right he would have an even higher win %.
