UPDATE - After the show, Mr. Laupp started making a full time move to the area where Ms. Manship/Ms. Lutman live, to be near his daughter and grandkids. He and Ms.Lutman are back together! Ms. Manship is planning to finally have her father walk her down the aisle in the next year.

I cried for her!!! That’s so beautiful. All those marriages and no kids cuz he was meant to find this one daughter he didn’t even know he had. And she named her son after him! Yesssss this story was touching!

OMG I have never cried this hard for one of these episodes. Normally I'll watch a couple minutes of the episode and then fast forward for the results. I watched this whole episode and thought to myself "please let that be her father." This was a beautiful episode.
That is exactly what I do. I fast forward to the end if the episode becomes too dramatic where both parties are yelling at each other. I don't know how Judge Lauren keeps her cool on different episodes.

I just looked her up on FB and I love the pictures of her and her daddy (looks like they were taken recently - a year after this show). OMG and guess what? Looks like he's with her momma - his profile picture is of him and her momma (maybe they are friends, only but, either way - awesome)! If that don't beat the band. LOVE. IT. Good people. You can tell they are so happy! Love and joy to all!

It was kind of ratchet... the mother knew it was two possible fathers but she let her daughter believe one man was the father when he wasn't.
Book Bag yes they be so ratchet lol men talk about the woman so bad and vice versa and with older children they be so mad at the dad. This one was just not like that. Im so happy she has her father now!
the mother genuinely believed the wrong man was the father for a good reason, though. it would not call her wretched.
@@sheenaperez1882 the mom was at fault, but she tried to fix it after the first DNA results. She helped with the photo, his name, the bar...and the fact that she's still close with the daughter makes me think she was a good mom. There's no bitterness, well maybe from the bio dad, just a little.

No one can understand how wonderful it is when the new bio Father is happy to welcome us in. My new father welcomed me with open arms without even questioning anything. After 48yrs of not even knowing I existed, he accepted me, my 3daughters and 6grands into his life. My daddy, after just finding out as well, said I will always be his baby. Rose_ the only hope of finding family which hasn't used the same company is through a DNA evaluation system like GED match. That's assuming they even know the database exists to begin with

This is close to my heart because I searched for my father and found him at the age of 32! I had this drive to do it and. I am glad I did because he died 7 months later... it was bittersweet, but I am glad I did find him before he passed away. I lost a father but gained a sister, 2 brothers and 7 nieces and nephews!!! Don't ever stop searching if you have a desire to do so. I was finally able to put in the missing pieces to my amazing puzzle of life!!

Agreed. That was so mean of him, but if he had accepted her, then she may never have looked and found this man. This man seems so nice, but lonely. I really felt so bad for him. But yea, that man was wrong to reject her, even though she wasn't "his". Also, it seems like there was some bitterness between stepdad and mom, for him to test her after 10 years........he may have been doing it to spite the mom.
The man was lied to by his own gf/wife for 10 YEARS . To father a child is by no means an easy task . All the time invested , the money , the blood sweat and tears to raise a human being just to find out she's someone else's . I'll be more worried if he still remained calm , or emotionally intact after that .
ps . Cindy , he may have been a little bit of a nut job . But his actions is perfectly human as he also feels emotions and what not . And yes she is not his for a fact . No need for the condescending quotation marks . Most of this mess was mainly due to her mother's own doing . So why not blame the mom instead of cherry picking ?
What it probably was a case of an egotistical dude who felt he can only baer boys and sneakily gotten her tested obviously without her mom, and then felt as a. BiG man he conveyed that to a child, what a dirty low down scoundrel .

Like renewed marriages or children bonding with their parents! This one here was a miracle of life. Would like to see him with his daughter and the grandkids.

This was one of my favorite episodes cause the daughter just would never give up and she was rewarded with a man that had his heart open. I pray for the daughters whose daddies are not open and they find the love they need from strong men around them.

OMG, One of the most beautiful episodes, I can't stop my tears. It is heartbreaking to hear she named her son and I crossed several times my fingers to be father, although after hearing, he after four marriage hadn't had any kid, I knew it is very small possibility, God blessed this family, I think they deserve to stay together and enjoy the rest of their life.
One of the most emotional episode of patenity court. The father been married four time with no children. But was Blessed in this paternity court on this day with a daghter and three grandson. It was a happy ending. Very touching.

His sperms were functioning normal in his youth but for some reasons they no loner did in later marriages.
In this case, a man crying is a good thing.
The man did learn that he was the father.
The tears he cried were tears of joy, knowing that he has a daughter, all thanks to DNA.

I think this is my favorite episode by far. SPOILER ALERT...I wanted some follow up info and found the dad on fb and see he has an ongoing relationship. Also looked up the daughter on FB and find she has changed her last name to her dads and has a couple pics with him. At that time he was moving to the state she lived in. Such joy.

This is by far the most beautiful episode of paternity court I've watched. I'm happy for her. The father seems genuinely happy. I was crying throughout....So pleased with the paternity result :)
I Never met my biological dad. I was adopted by my mother's new boyfriend when I was born. She actually made him think I was his for years. Finally she confessed that she had just found out she was pregnant right before they started dating. I was told when I was probably 5 or 6 yrs old when I saw my mom crying. I remember asking what was wrong and she said "your dad isn't your real dad n the guy who is your real dad was murdered last night". Mind you I was only 5 or 6 years old. I never met him. Y adopted father stepped out of my life when I was 9 yrs old. My mom passed away when I was 19. All I know is my biological dads name. I have 1 picture of him as well. I actually look a lot like him.
Just like this lady, he has no other kids. He's no longer here either so I'll never get the closure I truly need n want.
God bless this man n this woman. This makes me think of my situation. I miss my mom. I'm only 32 n she's been gone 14 yrs. I have so many unanswered questions. I'm glad this has a happy ending.
Mrs. 615 Sorry to hear this. Please try to find your late father’s family. Let them know of you. You need to know if they have hereditary problems like Cancer, ALS etc so you can prevent them. It is more than important to know of our family histories.

This was really touching. Not only did she found her father, but she turns out to be her father's only chiild and he was 100% hoping she was his daughter even without knowing she even existed.
