As pointed out here, we saw 8 yolks when your recipe indicated 3 yolks and 1 whole egg. Then you found the finished product too thick and used double quantity, whatever you mean by “finished product.” Imagine having to go through other people’s comments to make sense of the whole thing. Then there is also no mention of whether dry or instant yeast is used.

哈哈,用蒸解決了焗時的難題。了不起!我焗過一次黃金糕,外焦里不熟,只好硬著頭皮又蒸又煎補獲,最後黯然丟入垃圾桶。😂待我找到耐高糖酵母時我再減半量試你們的版本😊。

1 serving uses 1 whole egg and 3 yolks, in my video it's 2 servings. Because I think 2 points are too thick, so I write a copy of the powder quantity.

你好,用焗爐的話可以試吓
焗爐預熱10分鐘,只開下火200度或上火關掉或開最低火,放入焗爐最下格,焗15分鐘。
接着上火200度下火關掉或開最低火焗10分鐘左右
(但係每個焗爐都有誤差需要自行調整溫度時間)
