I love how they kept us waiting until the third season to see Don and Joan share a scene. They are the two powerhouses of their respective genders now sharing the same space. The energy is overwhelming, and they both look damn good too.
He's an account man. His job is to get and keep clients. Golf, at least at this time, is a huge part of finding wealthy executives to market to, to warm them up to services, and to keep them happy with your work. It's at the core of his job. It would be like an air-traffic controller suddenly developing narcolepsy.
Very sweet! They would've been great together - they're both so 'cool' (though she could still do better). Loved that look she gave him at the end. It's as if it says "I know who you are, I understand you, Goodbye Don".
I cannot understand how he was able to say "he'll never golf again" with a straight face. That scene must have had at least a dozen takes.

What a great scene. They have so much chemistry, it's crazy. That doesn't mean I want them to hook up, I just wish they had more scenes together,
What a sweet exchange between Don and Joan. Totally unexpected. Nice to see Don smiling like that.

LANE! :(
Next week: The Death Of The Doctor? Oh, PLEEASE let it happen!! I know she's not really gone, but I miss Joan already.
That's why laws have changed since then. It's ridiculous.
