I mean, I'm not a huge fan of the voting format, but damn did Tatianna bring it. In the lone lip sync for your life, she and Alyssa brought out all the stops (Hence why I like lip syncing for your life more. There's more at stake.), and she also won episode 1.
she became one of the strongest competitors, her talent show can’t be topped with now two seasons more. She became a great performer, she served looks and she was really funny

I'm here after seeing Tyra's interview with James Ross, where she herself confirms that this moment was what made her realize how she wasn't treated as she deserves, I like Raven but she didn't deserve to win any of the 2 seasons where she was...
I didn't know about this moment until I watched that interview. I'm of the opinion that James' treatment by the producers is very calculated because he's the best villain they've ever had, and they want to keep him that way.
James truly deserves better than this blatant disrespect. They trapped him on stage so they could humiliate him in front of an audience. It's so gross.

If someone has never watched Season 2 and watched this up to the part before Tyra spoke 2 words, they would think that Raven was the winner. She had a commanding presence on this panel, just as she had on the season.

If any of the queens in this situation deserved any special treatment ( which imo they didn't. It was a panel for all the queens) it should've been the winner. Raven should've came in late sat her ass down and been given the same time and treatment as the other queens. I'm sure she was doing other panels as well given her popularity. So it wasn't like this was her moment. This was the casts moment and the host did a terrible job of controlling that.

I'm telling you, it's abundantly clear when a newer (season 5-6 and up) fan comments. Raven and Tati are queens that a toddler Drag Race fan would be well acquainted with (via RuView & AllStars 2). But if Raven wasn't on that show and Tati never made it onto AS2, i doubt this comment would be here. Because you'd know very little about them.
Meanwhile, Juju, Morgan, & Pandora are very much standouts, in their own rights. You just don't know them as well. Of course, I could be wrong, but the writings are on the wall (you likely wouldn't know that reference, either 😌).
