Actually not. The carpathia wireless operator (Harold Cottam) told Olympic’s wireless to not go to the site. It sould be to frightening to get on a near identical ship to the titanic. Carpathia said no. And left her to do it. They did find 1 boat empty. But that was they only got found.

You have too take in the factor that the ocean is freezing cold and many passengers and crew had died because of hypothermia of the cold ocean water. Also the ships are way to far for and of the survivors to swim to the ships and can not make within the few minutes before dying of hypothermia.
