I actually tried to kill myself three times... and each time when I was in my darkest place God kept me alive, he didn't have up on me. I am here because of him, because I have a plan to fulfill, because he saw in me something I wasn't able to see back then.

God is amazing he may not have given you the gifts he gave her but he gave you a gift that was meant for you. When you use that gift to glorify him you are truly living with God.

My dad recently passed away a couple weeks before Christmas this year, I had never been more depressed in my life and I thought of walking away from God and Christ, but I remembered having a couple of dreams where one of them seemed like it was a mistake and that he wasn’t actually deceased, but I remembered awhile ago when I was little he had this song on his playlist that he’d would listen to on our way to church Sunday mornings, I played this song for the first time in a long time and I remembered those memories and just remembered that Jesus is taking care of him and that he and my dad r watching over me, I just hope I can make them proud

Jake, I am so incredibly sorry to hear about your father's passing! My deepest condolences! My mom passed right after Christmas in 2020. It's so crazy & surreal. It was so suddenly too! I too have had dreams where she's calling from the hospital to say that she was mixed up with another patient, that she's really alive to please come pick her up from the hospital. While she was in the hospital they kept saying she was getting better and was going to be discharged. So she kept saying please bring my clothes. I want to leave the hospital, and see everyone. You know what else is weird; maybe a year or two earlier she began having a dream that she was flying up on a crowded airplane seated next to my grandparents (her parents) & she said she would ask where they were flying to, and they would just tell her some place nice don't worry. She said that she just felt such a peace, and would wonder what the dream meant. She would call constantly. During this time she has been gone there's been 8 losses including my husband, my aunt her younger sister who lost her husband, oldest son & sister all in the same year (my cousin and my uncle.) Both of my parents have passed now. I miss everyone so much, but at the same time I feel like I am totally surrounded by their love. God Bless!

You know growing up as a believer you’d hear songs on the Christian radio and not know necessarily who sang it, but they become a part of your core memories. This morning I woke up and started putting a playlist of my favorite childhood Christian songs, songs that take me back to simpler and innocent time of my life. Well this song was one of them and after seeing that it was Francesca I was like, “ohh wow she’s been in my life forever” and then I realized that I watched God’s Not Dead “We the People” yesterday and didn’t even notice that she was in it as as well. I had the same reaction to this song, it's very well written. The chord change in the middle evokes sadness even though it's not a sad song. It's actually quite joyous.
I don't mean to gloat but in real life a couple of years ago at my hometown I have actually personally met Francesca Battistelli , she was playing at our annual fireworks provided by our church and my mom got a CD from her so when we did that we went up there said hi and I actually got to shake her hand.

My niece is making false accusations against me, none of it's true, she's putting it out there making me sound like I'm some pervert, none of this crap is true, she's been wanting me out of the house for years, I'm pissed, then again my heart hurts, the good thing is, God has protected me and has my back, it says in the ten commandments thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor and that what she's doing, I'm a firm believer you reap what you sow, I've been threatened, I'm 60 years old, my body isn't like it used to be, I can't fight like used to, but I'll be damn if somebody is gonna cause me harm over this shit, I thank God that he protects me....

In 2012 I got custody of six grandchildren from a dangerous drug environment my daughter and her husband had gotten to over a period of fifteen years and 4300 miles away. I had full legal custody for about a year and a half. Their ages ranged from 17 to 5. This song was just one of the miracles God used to transform our beyond impossible days of tragedy to a beautiful peace and learning about a Prince Who was and Is Real and there for us. i had this song stuck in my head all day at work and was trying to look up “beautiful, beautiful” the song was right in my face. i accidentally clicked this video not knowing it was the song that has been in my head all day. i tried to close the song but my phone froze and then i realized this was the song i was looking for. God wanted me to hear this. i’m in recovery for my addiction and still struggle with cigarettes, alcohol, and marijuana i just don’t know how to stop. i hate sin so much but i feel like i am tied to my addiction. i just pray God delivers me soon and has mercy on my soul for all the sins i have committed.
I still don't know how in all of my mess, my shame and my sin You saw me for the woman I would be today and am still evolving into. How could God have known that something beautiful would come from that? I guess that's exactly why He is God because He knew something good would come from all of that and I am so happy and blessed that He saved me. How good is our God!

This song reminds me of my grandmother Francisca Silvestre Reyes, who is such a beautiful woman inside and out. Growing up, I've witnessed how she was able to cope with problems through God's help.
