This film is really special for me. My Nana ji had participated in the 1971 war and he was hit by bullet in his left leg. Later he got award from the President of India 🇮🇳
Why this date? The answer is simple.. 1971 war started on 3rd December! That defined this man's whole life... He became what he always was after that date!
1971 Bangladesh Liberation war was between East Pakistan (current Bangladesh, for their freedom) and West Pakistan (current Pakistan) which went on for 9 months starting from 26 March 1971 till 16 December 1971. The ongoing conflict and cold war resulting in sufferings of east Pakistanis were happening for years prior to that. indian troops got involved in the on going war towards the end around 3 December 1971.. for which we are really thankful. but don't say that the entire war started from 3 dec alone. acknowledge the actual war, the bangla mukti bahini, the civilians and army martyrs and everyone's sufferings and sacrifices.

Great review. Also, just to add Sambahadur's release date was announced one year ago on 1st December, 2022. It was ANIMAL'S release date that was moved from 11 August to December 1st few months ago. But I'm sure both movies will find its audiences and will do great.
