great rolla . i like the top mount intercooler . . but you do realize a 27" by 7" by "3 w/ a 3" inlet/outlet front intercooler fits just as easy . i know myn did . and with the bigger turbo . i needed cooler air ASAP .

i agree with you. EXcept a stock corolla weighs about 2300. Telling you cause i have one with the 3sgte motor but from the MR2. and i'm at about 280 hp just by adding a front mound, and turning the boost up a little bit.
from 1:00 - 1:15 thats not the 3SGTE my 5SFE MR2 with boltons too its way faster than that. but on the last clip looks way faster, before and after the swap i guess :), btw nice corolla, what did you had to modify besides the wiring and ecu, to fit the 3SGTE? custom mounts? I want to do this in the future to a 96 camry, but if I could do it without having to do custom mounts id rather do it to a 96-97 corolla bc corollas are better looking :)

its not going to fit right. you'd have to redo the mounts as well. i recommend a celica gts motor. the 1.8 VVT-I motor. its got good hp and its got a good high end as well...

I dont know much about the talons all ik is my friend is rebuilding a talon engine now and i plan to learn about them through him. And yea awd is great my other friends evo handles incredibly especially with the full suspension kit he put in. sounds like you defiantly know ur stuff though the reason I call a talon a p.o.s is because when i hear tuner i think of something real nicel like a silvia or somethin like that.
