Brandon's comparison between marriage and content is so unapologetically beautiful. Like not only is it a great message for creators but it's such a great mindset to have for a relationship. It's unrealistic to say you'll love someone forever, just like it's unrealistic to say you'll enjoy a job forever. But the time you take to remind yourself of why, and how, you're in the position you're in is so precious and can completely rejuvenate that energy you once had. Definitely needed more time with Ryan. He got so real and didn't shy away from talking about his struggles and mistakes he made when he was younger. I remember being 12 and watching his videos, having no idea what he was saying, and watching them over and over until I could finally understand a third of the jokes! In France there was no such thing as "youtubers" at the time, and he was the first person I started following on youtube. And now I am going to graduate and my master was fully taught in English, and I was able to travel and communicate with people from all around the world! It is crazy to think that I was able to achieve that just because 12 years ago I came across a Twilight parody made by a guy from Hawai and that it motivated me to learn English
Yea it's crazy how people can learn a language from watching shows like how RM learned it from friends, and like how anime fans learn Japanese from anime, good job man that's impressive as hell.
I remember before, I thought I knew every TH-camr with 1 million subs and then I find out about his person who had 4 million and I was so surprised, that I felt dumb for not knowing. Slowly, I kept seeing more and more people who had over 2 million subs and I realized that 1 million subs is not the same as it used to be.

Always have so much respect for Ryan. One of the first CREATORS I watched (back when I subscribed to no one and just looked up their name repeatedly, also only otherwise listened to music) and someone I could relate to in terms of humor and as an ABC. It really means a lot to me.
Aw I just want to give Ryan a hug, he seems so beaten down in this video. He’ll always be relevant even if he just uploads once every two months and it’s just him sitting in front of a camera talking. I feel like he’s a sincere and genuine person and you can always tell when watching someone is legitimate on this platform. He needs to take a well deserved break, I hope he finds more happiness again and something to ease the pressure he feels
If you still see this, he did take a break and he’s made some more videos and they seem amazing! Currently with quarantine and everything he isn’t able to work with his friends in person, but his midlife crisis video is amazing and really combines the old and the new of his content in a great way.

I came out of this a MUCH bigger fan of Brandon Rogers, always liked his videos, they're hilarious, but I always imagined from his content having an actual conversation with him would be kind of like a daytime tv court case where everyone's on monster energy. He's actually super chill, down to earth, and insightful.

Seeing how everything is effecting Ryan makes me so sad, he used to be the positive TH-camr who always sees the bright side of everything, knowing that he's going through all these hardships and that it's taking a toll on him really breaks my heart. Ryan, you are amazing and we love you but if you need a break then you should take a break, nothing is more important to us than your well-being, if you think that TH-cam is hurting you more than it's doing you good, if you think that stopping would do you better, as much as it pains us to lose such a talented and amazing creator, we still would understand.

I'm so proud of Ryan for coming this far and being quite legitimately the most dedicated and funniest guy on TH-cam, while also being very down to earth and insightful. I've practically grown up watching his videos and when I go back and rewatch some of his older content, it's so clear as to why he has such a huge fan base. It didn't matter if he wanted it for the fame, because that's completely normal, but I feel like he put his ideas and interests first, which only makes me admire him as a content creator even more. I just think he puts so much effort into his skits and now his podcasts, and his videos of course, so it really inspires me to put in the same amount of hard work and love into whatever I want to do as well. Ah, I apologize for ranting, but Ryan has been a legend on this platform for so long it was a bit hard seeing him so down and sounding so tired. I don't want TH-cam to be something he does out of necessity but rather something he loves doing. Depression is unfortunately a silent killer. I would hate to see him go down the path of depression that some of the greatest actors and celebs (robin Williams, etc) have gone down. Aw I just want to give Ryan a hug, he seems so beaten down in this video. He’ll always be relevant even if he just uploads once every two months and it’s just him sitting in front of a camera talking. I feel like he’s a sincere and genuine person and you can always tell when watching someone is legitimate on this platform. He needs to take a well deserved break, I hope he finds more happiness again and something to ease the pressure he feels
If you still see this, he did take a break and he’s made some more videos and they seem amazing! Currently with quarantine and everything he isn’t able to work with his friends in person, but his midlife crisis video is amazing and really combines the old and the new of his content in a great way.

i really wish Ryan the best and just happiness in his life. i’ve watched him since i was a little kid and he has had a really big impact in my life. not just his videos but who he is as a person as well.
I came out of this a MUCH bigger fan of Brandon Rogers, always liked his videos, they're hilarious, but I always imagined from his content having an actual conversation with him would be kind of like a daytime tv court case where everyone's on monster energy. He's actually super chill, down to earth, and insightful.

The only hint was that the uploads were less frequent and I noticed something was off with him in those videos. Honestly I'm surprised he was still able to keep up with his branded standard of high quality videos throughout that time he was burnt-out

Seeing how everything is effecting Ryan makes me so sad, he used to be the positive TH-camr who always sees the bright side of everything, knowing that he's going through all these hardships and that it's taking a toll on him really breaks my heart.
Ryan, you are amazing and we love you but if you need a break then you should take a break, nothing is more important to us than your well-being, if you think that TH-cam is hurting you more than it's doing you good, if you think that stopping would do you better, as much as it pains us to lose such a talented and amazing creator, we still would understand.

I'm so proud of Ryan for coming this far and being quite legitimately the most dedicated and funniest guy on TH-cam, while also being very down to earth and insightful. I've practically grown up watching his videos and when I go back and rewatch some of his older content, it's so clear as to why he has such a huge fan base. It didn't matter if he wanted it for the fame, because that's completely normal, but I feel like he put his ideas and interests first, which only makes me admire him as a content creator even more. I just think he puts so much effort into his skits and now his podcasts, and his videos of course, so it really inspires me to put in the same amount of hard work and love into whatever I want to do as well. Ah, I apologize for ranting, but Ryan has been a legend on this platform for so long it was a bit hard seeing him so down and sounding so tired. I don't want TH-cam to be something he does out of necessity but rather something he loves doing. I think thats one of the things that made him so loveable, it felt like he didn't think twice about what he posted because it was what he wanted to ultimately, but his videos were such amazing quality that you could tell he really wanted his audience to enjoy whatever he put out there.
