I turned 20 in April and Im a university student still in third year,with your videos and some internet searches on savings and investments I have saved over R10 000 since last year and have 4 investments. This year I'm working on getting my health in a perfect condition cause I have breathing issues and since both my parents are unemployed and have no medical aid I have to save to get help and I'm halfway there. It wouldn't have been possible without your help. Your videos and knowledge sharing is life changing. I'm a health sciences student but my friends are always surprised at how much financial terminology and knowledge I know and I learnt most of it from you.
I started watching your youtube videos last year when i searched how to buy shares and your video was one of the first that popped up. Since then i've saved R750 every month as an emergency fund , i have R1000 monthly investment, i bought shares on easy equities and i play a stokvel of R2500 every month. The only thing i need to do is to find a new income stream so i can pay my nsfas loan so i can finish it sooner!!! By the way im still an intern, thank you Nicollette for changing my life!!

Getting a job has nothing to do with your finances Sparkle. It could be a number of factors but not your debt history. Your debt history will just hinder you when it comes to anything with credit (buying things with credit) or loan.

Shoooo. A home loan is a big purchase credit facility. You must have affordability, a good credit rating and future income.
