- I headed to Atco, yet again, to catch some ACES and ACL action on this beautiful May 21st. Here's the day's line-up!
1 - P40BH #4803 leads ACES NB, ALP44 #4405 trailing
2 - GP40PH-2B #4215 pushes east, with Comet IV #5013 leading
3 - ALP44 #4409 leads ACES SB, P40BH #4800 pushing
4 - #4215 heads back to Philadelphia.
5 - Comet IV Cab #5014 blows through with GP40PH-2B #4203
6 - Comet IV Cab #5016 heads south with GP40PH-2B #4205
7 - GP40PH-2B #4219 heads west with Comet IV Cab #5029 trailing
8 - P40BH #4800 blasts through with the northbound ACES
9 - #4405 heads back to Atlantic City with the SB ACES, #4803 pushing
10 - #4203 makes the return trip to Philadelphia
11 - #5029 heads east, with that ending our day

I miss the Atlantic City Express Service so much haha thanks for bringing back these awsome memories!
Great video, well done!
Really sad the P40's went away when the ACES service went bust. They seemed like the most ideal locomotive for the Atlantic City Line in general.
Awesome Video
@koasterkidd Dude this is where I was at tonight. And coming here at night is great. The lights of the train coming around the curve is so amazing!!!
I was at the cab of that first ACES train
@MrZkr123 that won't happen. it all depends on what the casinos want to do, because thay own ACES LLC., and NJ Transit provides the equipment. If they continue, then they continue. if they do not, then the multilevels will probably become regular multilevels. the P40s will, as they already were, be distributed throughout the system. the ALP44's are supposed to be scrapped, so there's that. But I think there may be a chance that the contract will be renewed.
I've heard that the ACES may stop running, if they do I could see the P40's used on the ACL service to Philly with the double deckers used from the (if it happens) former ACES cars
Wow they put an Over the road horn on 4203
@KyleVideoDesigns dunno, just check the schedule, and add the 4 ACES trains to the equation
Chad you know your personal meme is not finished, you have many more words to go😉. You forgot to post it on my previous post🤣
The Navy
All of the comet IV cabs are still in service as coaches in favor of the comet V cab cars
ACES is now officially finished, ending the service of the modern-day Blue Comet. The cars will be sold, but the P40's are staying
Actually its the other way around now lol. The cars are back in upstate servicing the mid-town direct areas, and the P40BHs were sold to CDOT.
Why the ACES was unreliable service?
Also if that sencond ACES was the same as the first one i was driving that to
@56yuoi i know, it was just a joke. i never believed it
@koasterkidd Lol, thanks! Looks like it could be worth a trip one day!
@koasterkidd Really nice video man yesterday I caught 3 ACES and they go 80 through here right not 65?
Awesome video! How many trains run on the ACL per weekend?
What crossing and road is that at 0:11?
0:11
@koasterkidd Didn't someone get hit here because I think it happened I know with the car getting totaled by a ACL train back in 09. But didn't someone get get?
@56yuoi Thanks. I always thought it was more. Hmmm, guess I'm wrong
