Yes actually. Check this video out where we use the Ricoma Hoops to make 100 shirts. th-cam.com/video/uSS6gJXprZY/w-d-xo.html There are two types of attachments. One for regular Ricoma Hoop "C", and the other for the "5.5x5.5" mighty hoop.
A tip I learned was to always double your hoop count. Have 4 extra at all times. As soon as your design has completed you can start the next run. You know the machine is going to stop so hoop the next 4, tend to the machine and the process should flow nicely. Do all your trimming and ironing at the end of the running process, it saves time!!
@ Was not too impressed with the video, that’s why I left a tip from my experience in having huge orders! Also side note but why is chroma luxe now 2400 dollars… and requires a monthly payment if you wish to upgrade, seems to me like a little scam for a below average software in 2024. Ricoma is the owner of the software company Chroma so I think you should be saying something. I’m very dissatisfied with every single company I have bought from in the embroidery world, Ricoma, brother, Tajima, mighty hoop, hoop master, all over priced low tech products for this day of age. I will push for changes to be made to make this a more affordable and accessible hobby. Because right now it’s absolutely insane the fees you and your competitors are charging. You might be successful at scamming older people but that’s not gonna fly with me!
