Hi Mel purchased the Lou camera bag from DJ's in Melbourne, the first one purchased in 2020 had to be returned due to the leather wearing. This was a major issue getting it replaced as i was accused of mishandling! Replacement bag after almost no usage did the same thing, leather was wearing. Again back to YSL and again the same procedure of accused of mishandling. I have many designer bags and have never had to return a bag or being subjected to being treated in this way by a brand. Do u have any comments or had any such like experience with YSL. I find the customer service very intimidating with the handling process if there are any issues. Many thanks

Hi, Mel. Thanks for doing this video. I was inspired to hunt down the bk monogram clutch and they are indeed sold out and preordered everywhere. I noticed on the YSL official site the monogram clutch is redesigned - the bottom was not rounded and connected by two pieces of leather but now folded in one piece with a stitch…which will definitely limit the capacity overall. I wonder if that’s a move to deter people from converting it into a bag. Such a shame. I was able to find one in silver hardware in farfetch but hopefully it’s the older model.
