Workers' compensation insurance is required for most employers in most states. There are some exceptions to that rule, but for the most part, if you have employees you must have workers comp.
You may be asking - “How does it work?” Meaning I know I get a policy, but what happens after that? Good question and I’m going to answer it for you.

Hi hello one question do you need to get a workers comp if there' only 2 ppl working?
It depends on your state, but the agent who writes your other business policies should be able to help you.
I got hurt on the job a little over a week ago, hurt my back. Couldn’t walk for two days (I got hurt on Friday. The pain was excruciating until Monday) I went into work that Monday morning and the whole week and have been working with the pain , can I still talk to my employer about the comp or is it to late ? To be more clear today (Sunday) is 9 days after my incident and I have not told any one of my managers ( even though they can visibly see me walking with limp and the fact that I can’t really bend at the waist)
You should definitely talk to your employer as soon as possible.

I fell at work because someone left a flat in the walkway and have been in physical therapy for more than 6 months. My employer cut my hours from 32 to 24 and 16 hours per week. No one talked to me after the fall to give me any information on what to do. I’ve missed work due to the injury and I’m almost at my limit for occurrences. I waited 3 weeks to see a doctor hoping the swelling would go down but it didn’t. I finally told the assistant manager I was going to get checked out. What can I do to keep my job and be paid for days I missed? Also is it legal for them to cut my hours so drastically?
That's a very complex question and one that's impossible to answer here. In fact, it sounds like you may need an attorney that specializes in workers comp claims to help you here.
You need to advocate for employee not employers as you are a state licencee but overall I do appreciate your videos
